Calvin got out of his old blue truck. He looked at with admiration. It had been in his family line forever and it was always passed down generation, to generation, and he was the lucky one to get it this time. His muscled body walked over to the side of the rusty horse trailer, and he opened up the door a crack. Sunday was standing in the place where he had tied her eating her hay, totally oblivious to her loving cowboy. Calvin chuckled a bit while he gently, trying not to make a sound closed the trailer door. Today was one of her good days. Thank god! She normally wasn't hard to trailer, but if she was having a bad day you weren't going to get her anywhere near that trailer.
Calvin sighed as he pushed open the door that supposably led to the main office, his destination. The seventeen year old was told to come to the office to check in and they would give him his dorm key, schedule, and tell him which stall to put Sunday in.
The cute teen quickly found the office and walked up to the front desk. It was piled with papers and files, but not in a messy way. It actually looked quite organized. "Hello, I am here to sign in." He said. Yes, welcome to Blue Ridge Riding Academy! May I please have your name?" The secertary welcomed him, making sure to add in a warm smile. "My name is Calvin Stone." Replied Calvin as he glanced around the room.
Overall the room was quite welcoming. There was four black chairs all lined up in a row on along the chocolate brown walls. As well, there was a nice fern plant in the corner, tha looked quite real. Okay, Mr.Stone, here is your dorm key, your class schedule, and you can put your horse, Sunny Sensation into stall forty-two in Red Willow Barn." The secertary finnished giving him a smile again. "Thank you," he said returning the smile and grabbing the dorm key and schedule.
Calvin headed out back to his truck, but before getting in he glanced around the place. It was huge and intimmidating, but he remmembered what his father told him before he left. Work hard, Calvin. There is only a small chance for failure.".
