As the beaten down blue truck rumbled up the driveway towards Blue Ridge Academy Meaghan Briddock anxiously chewed her nails. "Stop that disgusting habit," tutted her mother slapping her hand away from her mouth. Meaghan rolled her eyes at this comment and fixed her eyes back on the rolling green hills outside. She knew what she was looking for, the tell-tale sign of horses. Maybe she would see the grass a resonably shorter length or spot the small brown mounds of dung. "Hey Meg, see any horses yet?" he father teased watching her eyes trasfixed on the passing fields. For that second that she looked at him they appeared. Looking back at the rolling hills she saw first a beautiful grey andalusian grazing beside a spotted knabstrupper. Was that a freisian? She couldn't believe it, every single horse breed of the world packed into one acadmey. Of course students came from all over the world meaning the horses would obviosuly also vary in breeds however she struggled to spot a dapple grey oldenburg much like her own. "Wow," breathed her brother with much amazement.
