His arms folded across his chest, pushing his weight onto the right handside of his body. He glanced around the room as he waited for the receptionist to appear.[/blockquote][/blockquote]The vehicle halted smoothly, the purr of the engine cut off into the pure silence of the empty drive way. The silence was then broken by the gruff bark sounding from the back seat. The male looked over his shoulder to see three patiently waiting forms in the shape of canines. On the right sat a large Irish Wolfhound. Next to him sat the shorter, yet more broad than the lean hound, St Bernard. And next to her sat the jet black bodice of a Giant Schnauzer. The Schnauzer had called to her master, her cranium turning to look expectantly at the door. He smiled, opening his own door to slide from the seat. As he made his way to the side Flora sat, he thought of why he had moved to the academy. The brother he had known about all his life, but still yet to meet, lived here. Jamie Robinson, although he liked to be called Jay, knew nothing of Hayden's existence. The boy pondered his half-brothers reaction to meeting him as he let his three beasts from the back of the car. Both Flora and Yuki blundered from the back seats, darting over to the large patch of emerald grass located on the left hand side of the office. Doc, the wolfhound, took a more leisurely approach to leaving his master's vehicle. The older dog trotted over the back seats before gracefully leaping from the car. Hayden chuckled, stooping down to ruffle the shaggy fur on his canine's back. Doc gave a grumble of appreciation, and then trotted over to join his female companions. Hayden then went back to closing the car door and pulling out his bags from the trunk.
He walked slowly to the entrance of the office, his mind straying back to Jay. Would his brother freak out when he met him? Would he welcome him with open arms? The one option which he kept swaying back to was that Jay would resent him. He would have undoubtedly looked up to his father, and probably wouldn't believe Hayden that his father had had an affair and cheated on his mother. Hayden sighed, his face paling. It took a lot to unsettle the normally laid back male, but the possible rejection from his brother was definitely one of those things. He finally reached the office door, whistling for his canines to follow. The three held back behind him as he entered the room. His almost black oracles searched the room for any sign of life. He saw nothing but heard the gentle hum of computers. The three dogs finally made it in the door and planted them selves in a row at the back of the room. Their master walked up to the desk, his vocals calling out in his thick Australian accent. 'lo, Anyone about?
