Well... don't know about being friends - Cara doesn't really do the "friends" thing. But as they're in the same House, if Skyler ever needed a babysitter, Cara would be happy to help. she loves little kids and gets on with them really well.
As I said in the c-box earlier, feel free to say that Felicity is with Monique anytime during your classes. This works well as Moni is one of the House Heads for Red House. And if Skyler needs any help, advice, tips, Monique has raised Rory without any other assistance as her parents don't want to know about the toddler and the father doesn't know.
