Hello BRRA!
I'm back from my trip! I know I say I would be back on Saturday, but our flight got cancel on Friday. So here's the story.
Our tour bus took us to the NY airport, everything was fine. We checked our bags, got some suviners, and went through security. When we waited at our gate, we heard there was bad weather. There was lighting, that caused our flight to delay from 3:00 - 9:20 PM. I'm NOT kidding. It kept delaying every minute. Plus there was a fire in Atlanta, from the lighting. It was only 4:30 when they decided to cancel our flight to get back home on Friday. So we had to stay overnight another day in NY.
On Saturday we got back home on time. We had to fly from NY to Baltimore, Baltimore to Chicago, and Chicago to Portland OR. Plus another 2 hour drive from Portland to Eugene. So we didn't get hom till 2:45 in the morning!
Besides that. We had a great time in Washington DC, Philadelphia, and NYC. We saw lots of memorials in DC and historical sights. In Philly we went to a Phillies baseball game and saw the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and stuff like that. In NYC we went lots of shoppings, like the M&M store and the biggest toy store ever! I got a stuff panda :3
