Luka bit his tongue. While he had guessed as much, his question had reflected that, since he had asked about the horse, just to find out the stable number. He wondered briefly if helping out this girl had been the best choice, since she didn't seem the type to listen very closely to what was being said anyway. As Alice finally got around to telling him about the horse's coloring, Luka listened, then nodded. He would have to keep an eye out for the name, then, since the coloration of the horse wouldn't be much of a giveaway. Half of the horses in the school were plain bays, beautiful in their own right, but a very hard color to find a specific horse with. As the girl added in that the horse had a star, Luka nodded. That narrowed it down a little bit, at least. As he entered the barn, he looked at one side, hoping that Alice would go and look at the other side of the aisle, so that they would find the horse twice as quickly. As he approached the middle of the barn, he spotted the horse's registered name on the brass plaque, "I think this is her."

AliceMaeBrant Alice took a deep breath the air smelt of horses, and everything that comes with them, like shaving, grain and leather. Realizing that Luka had already started on one side of the barn, Alice began to search the row closer to her. Skimming over the name plates she began to realize how dumb she had been with her plan. When Luka called out that he had come across Lila, Alice hurried over to him. Reading the name plate she smiled. 'Afire Dancer' The name was made with Lila's parents in mind. But that didn't bother Alice she kind of liked the mares name. " Thank god, I was just realizing this barn was way bigger than I thought it would be." Alice told Luka as she leaned her stuff against the stall. Before leaning in to take a look at her horse. As she suspected Lila could careless that Luka and Alice were there watching her, she was too busy eating the remainder of her snack. " Hey baby girl " Alice called to her. The mare lift her head while chew on her mouth full of hay before returning her attention back to the pile in front of her. Alice turned to Luka she didn't really know much about the boy other than that he had a cat and guessing from his looks was around her age. " So Luka do you have a horse here too? "

Luka smiled as he heard that the girl had underestimated the barn. It hadn't shocked him as much as it might have, since he had been used to a large working stable, which was where Neb and Xheva had been stabled before they had moved to the states. However, this school was large, since it had two such barns, as well as two smaller ones, which Luka didn't have all too much to do with, apart from having class in one of them. He stepped back as the girl approached her horse, all too willing to let the pair of them reunite for a little bit. As Alice turned back to him, Luka felt that she wasn't quite done with her questions yet, although he couldn't say that he had been expecting one about himself, "I have two horses at the school, yes, but neither of them is stabled in this barn." He thought of his two horses, "Their names start with N and Q, so they've both had the pleasure of being stabled in the Red Willow barn." He thought of the other barn, which was almost the same as this one, save a few minor differences, and the horses that resided in it, of course.
