Please Send Your Prayers!

Hey, everyone! I wanted to start this thread as a way to send prayers to anyone who might need them. I know we might not all be the most religious people, and I'll be the first to admit that I really don't truly believe in God, or at least I have a few doubts. But I know that when a crisis happens to you or someone that you know, religion is the one thing that almost everyone can turn to.

My best friend was diagnosed a little over a month ago with a brain tumor as big as her fist behind her left eye. She started treatment on 12/12/12 at 1 PM. They're treating it like cancer, because the center of it is cancerous, while the rest is benign. At this point, it's not looking life-threatening, but it will be life long.

I would be forever grateful if all of you, even if you aren't religious, said a prayer for her, as she needs as many as she can get. Her name is Erin, and I have known her since I was 5 months old. I am 16 years old now, and I couldn't imagine a day of my life without her. Please send her prayers to give her strength. Thank you all. If you have anyone you'd like for me or anyone else to pray for, just post it here!

Erin is the one with Blonde hair as a child and light brown hair now.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend and she will be in my thoughts. She is very lucky to have a caring friend like you.

The funny thing about faith (a word I prefer over "religion"), is that everyone doesn't have to believe in the same principle to believe in something.
