Reaching the height of 5"6. During the summer and Autumn months she is nice and trim mainly because she is always outside and moving. In the winter months she does gain a bit of pudge from being more inactive and comfort food. It doesn't often worry her. She walks with a strut of confidence with a barly viable awkward gait. Aderyn is also a bit of a klutz had has been known to eat dirt if shes becomes too distracted.
Being one of those people who does keep track of the fashion world but possessing her own style. If she likes something she wears it anyway. The only things you will never catch her wearing are dresses, skirts, shorts and saddles. Mainly to hide her prosthetic from curious stares. Even in the summer she tends to just sit sweltering in the shade. She has been caught staring longingly into boutiques showing off dresses.

Full History>> The story really starts with her parents. Both of them grew up in a small town in the islands of BC. Her father was a first nation and lived on a reserve, while her mother was of European decent. Growing up they became high school sweethearts and eventually got married at 24. They were living quite happily and then five years later they found they were going to have twins. The couple were overjoyed when the two girls were born.
Their first five years could be described as crazy. The girls were constantly getting into mischief and practically lived in the old woods surrounding them. When school was about to start was when things began to turn sour. At the pre kindergarten check up they decided to investigate Adreyn's left knee. It had been troubling her for over a year and just began to swell. Insisting on a tissue sample the couple waited for results.
When it came in it wasn't good news, Osteogenic sarcoma a type of bone cancer was found and was becoming malignant. It had developed for awhile so best method was to just amputate the leg half way down the thigh and go into chemotherapy. Losing all her hair as well as her leg Adreyn was a miserable girl, not even getting to go to school like her sister. Then the mother picked up her stuff and left. She was not a particularly strong woman and seeing her family dissolving was practically killing her as well.
So it was just their dad and them. Slowly it started to become better. Aderyn was discharged from the hospital and got a prosthetic. Life began picking up again.
Summers were filled with camping and flying with their father. Including one were they rescued a huge Clydesdale. The fathers job was to pilot small Aircraft's for delivers and on occasion medical emergencies. The girls following his example eventually ended up getting private pilot license when they turned 17. In the air the prosthetic never bugged her and she felt competent.
