Alessandra was busy in her class room getting her things ready for her class. She had a list of the students in her class. She wrote on the board:Hello. I'm Miss. Haren. In German: Hallo. Ich bin Miss Haren. She sat at her desk as she went over the plans she had for today. She'd take attendance and then they would introduce themselves. It helped for her to have a name to match to a face though she didn't necessarily need one though. She had out on her desk a black pen and a book for in between classes. She glanced at the clock. There was still 10 minutes left for the class to get here. She hoped none would be late. She would be fine wuith it on the first and second day but after that though she was going to be strict and stand firm on the rules.
She went back to reading her plans again. Once she finished reading her plans she stood up from her desk and stood by her desk ready to gree the students that were in her class. She hoped this year and the next few years would be good ones for her class. She didn't like giving out extra homework unless of course they did something wrong or sassed back or were just rude.

Sara picked up her backpack and checked the snaps on Cinder's vest, making sure that there were no hairs caught in it or anything. She didn't want to cause the dog discomfort, and she knew from getting her hair caught that it wasn't the most pleasurable experience. She headed towards the classrooms and towards the German room, a place she hadn't been before. There hadn't been a teacher for the class in her Junior year, so she had had a free period instead. That had been fine with her, of course, but she loved the language, what little she knew of it, and was looking forward to learning more.
Making sure to keep her arm at her side so she didn't pull too much on Cinder through the leather tab, she stepped into the room and looked around for a moment, taking it all in. She smiled at the teacher briefly, then glanced at the board. Miss Haren... Alright. She grinned at the teacher, "Good morning, Miss Haren." She glanced around the room and then sat down in the area she usually sat at, one side against the wall, in the middle of the classroom. She pointed at the floor next to her chair, "Lapsus, pax." When the dog had settled down, she pulled out a notebook and a pen and put it on her desk before looking up at the teacher and smiling.

Ryan picked up his black backpack and walked towards the large building that held all of the academic classes and most of the electives as well. German class would be rather easy, he was hoping. He was already familiar with the language, from having lived and spoken it for quiet some time, although he knew better than to say he was fluent. More the case was probably that he could make himself understood in the basics, and most of the time he remembered his dus and sies.
He walked into the classroom and glanced at the boards, reading the teacher's name before smiling at her, "Guten morgen, Frau Haren." He glanced around and saw only one other girl in the classroom, someone he didn't know yet. He gave her a brief smile, then headed towards the back of the room. He took a seat in the second-to-last row of seats, towards the middle of the width of the classroom. As he glanced around again, he thought he could see a tail on the floor... A tail? What was that doing there? He craned his neck and noticed that it wasn't just a tail, but a whole dog, laying next to the other girl... Well, that wasn't odd. He shrugged it off for the moment, supposing there was something he didn't know about, and glanced up at the board, waiting for class to start.

With a small smile, Amber patted Acer before picking up her messenger bag, that sat on the floor and shouldering it. She pulled her copper hair out from underneath it before pulling it up into a high ponytail as she headed out of the barn.
Amber peered into the classroom with a smile and looked at the board. She mentally grinned, seeing the teacher had wrote her name on the board. "Guten Morgen Frau Haren, Wie geht es Ihnen?" She chirped softly as she entered. She mentally thanked her parents for being Swiss Canadians. Her siblings and her grew up listening to their parents, talking german all the time. Soon, Amber was able to speak German, but not as well as she had liked. She kept on messing up and it drove her crazy. She looked around her room and nodded to the two other students. She walked to the back of the class and took a seat. She enjoyed sitting by herself because she wouldn't have anyone to distract her. She pulled out her pencils and a notebook, before writing down a few notes to herself. She brushed a copper strand behind her ear and looked at the other two students, studying them closely. Not reginzing them, She mentally groaned,' Great, just great, I don't know anyone here....'

Rianna smiled. She had German next. She didn't know anything about the language so it was brand knew to her. She entered the class room and looked at the board. The first thing she saw was in english her name and then in German she pressumed. The teacher wa sstanding by her desk. She greeted a hello and said"Hello Miss. Haren." She said to the teacher. Miss techer had blue eyes and blond hair. Rianna had her hair up in a bun today so the wind couldn't blow it around. Rianna had Newton in ehr dorm room as she wasn't sure if dogs were allowed in classes. She saw that they were as a dog was in the class. She choose a seat and looked around. She tryed to see if she saw any familar faces in this class. Sadly she didn't. She was the 4th student here out of two girls and one boy. She wondered if this was it for the class or if there was more studnets coming. She hoped if there was she knew at least one of them. She was fine without a friend in a class but it was still nice to know someone in the class. This was almost the last class in her shceldule though she still had to train Jewel and do her homework.

Miranda sighed as she headed towards the classroom. She didn't really want to spend more time inside, no matter how interesting the classes. She'd so much rather be outside, with Tanya or one of her horses, instead of sitting, stuck, learning a foreign language. She had chosen German because it was the most interesting of the three foreign language classes, and her parents had insisted that she take a foreign language class.
She swung her backpack by its straps as she walked, almost walking past the door to the classroom. She backpedaled for a moment and then fixed a smile on her face before she walked into the classroom. She walked into the room and smiled at the teacher, "Hi." She glanced around for a moment, looking for someone she knew that she might want to sit with. She knew Rianna, but she didn't want to crowd the girl. They would be working together quite a bit, but she didn't feel like she could just go up and sit next to her, like she had felt with Cara. Instead, she chose a seat in the middle of the area and sat down, then looked up at the teacher, waiting for class to start.

Luka sighed as he picked up his backpack and headed towards the classroom buildings. Of all the classes, this one confused him the most. He wasn't sure if he was happy about taking a class about his birth language, and hearing people mangling the pronunciation as they always did, or happy about having a class that he knew he would pass easily, and being able to speak his first language even here.
Sighing, he walked into the classroom and glanced around, nodding at the teacher, then taking a seat towards the front corner. The middle of the room was always more called upon, and he didn't feel like talking too much. He was still feeling a few effects of the jet lag, but even if the teacher did pop a question over to him, he should be alright. He pulled out his notebook and a pen, then looked around quietly, taking in the sight of his classmates, then took out a book, Der Unsichtbare by Reihe Hanser, and started reading, his eyes skimming over the familiar language of home. He had only been able to pack a few books, so he would be rereading them if he could. Unless, of course, the library here had a usable bunch of good books around somewhere.

Even though Luke wasn't that excited for his next class he thought it would be interesting to attend because he already knew the basics of the German language. His gray bookbag slung over his shoulder he pushed into the academics building. Heading down the hallway, the eighteen year old pulled out his schedule he saw that the teacher who taught the elective didn't ring a bell in his head. Luke hadn't heard of the teacher's name before but maybe he just wasn't listening enough. Making his way slowly down the hallway he came to the door who's number corresponded with the one on his schedule. Opening the door to the class he spotted a few students who he was familar with but didn't talk to with as much as he should. Luke turned to the teacher and greeted her, "Guten Morgen". Not trying to impress anyone he took his seat in the more middle of the room. Again he didn't associated with the other students as much as he should, but he knew them from around campus. Either knew of them or something of that nature. Miranda Florin was a reoccuring face in his classes. He sat two rows behind her and about three seats down. Luke sat quietly waiting for class to start.

Jordan had just been dismissed out of her other class, at a decent time, unlike being late to Government on her first day! Luckily she wouldn't be late to German, although she didn't speak a lot of German, just a bit. Walking across some of the campus, with her bag on one shoulder, swinging her other arm, Jordan walked up the steps to the Main Building, for the fourth time today. This is going to get old really quick, Jordan thought to herself, pulling open the doors and now seeing the frankly boring corridor. Walking down the hallway, Jordan started to look for the German class room, Finally seeing it marked on a door, Jordan walked in, and up to the teacher's desk after a boy who was in many of her classes. Hallo, Miss Haren" Jordan said, using her bit of German to greet the woman. "I'm new here, so I might not be on your list." Jordan said, then taking a seat that was empty, not caring where it was or who it was by.
