Jacey walked from the break room down to the class room that was said to be his. Or, the room for teaching Spanish. Under one arm, he had some laminated posters. One of them was a map of mainly South America, and listed all of the countries names in Spanish as well as the cities. He had two basic posters of one for colors, and one for the months and days of the week.
The long haired brunette slid a key into the door and unlocked the room, before stepping inside and turning on the light switch. He rested the posters on the desk as he walked to the three windows against the North wall and pulled up the blinds, and cracked the glass up, so a small breeze was blowing through. It was such a nice day outside, and the man couldn't help but be slightly disappointed there was no beach in sight. He quickly walked over to his desk and found some tacks, and hung the posters up around the room. The man cocked his head as he eyed them. Eh, it would work. It wasn't near as decorated as the room he used at the university in Florida, but it would work.
The man now walked over to the dry erase board and grabbed a black marker. He took off the cap and wrote on the board.
Bienvenidos a la clase de Español!
With a wide grin, the man stepped back and nodded. He was rather excited about this class, to get to teach students a new language, culture, and experience. Hopefully they would develop respect for it as well. His light brown hazel eyes glanced to the clock ticking quietly above the door. Students were due to arrive soon. He slumped his shoulders as he let out a breath and walked over to his desk, where he pulled out a stack of paper with words printed on it. It was the first handout of the day. But he would wait until the beginning of the class to give them out to students.

Scurrying around campus trying to get some things done before she had to go to her next class. Which in this class was Spanish, Belle had always taken an interest in the foreign language. Walking to the barn she wanted to groom Sun or pick the manure out of Penny's stall, but she pulled out her phone and saw that it was only forty minutes before the class would start. The eighteen year old wanted to get a shower and put on a new pair of clothes before doing so. Running across campus she flew up the stairs of the White House. Turning the key in the door she pushed it in quickly to see her dog sitting on the floor. Belle poured a bit of dog food into her bowl and hurried into the bathroom. Scrubbing off all the grim that had collected during her work frenzy, she slowed the water and then turned it completely off. She stepped out of the shower and picked out a pair of caprice and a blue shirt that didn't smell like horse. Meanwhile for her old clothes they laid in a pile outside the bathroom. Slipping into her flips flops she gathered her stuff and quickly walked to the school part of the buildings and found her way easily to the Spanish room. She entered the room to see a man much taller than herself sitting in his chair behind his desk. "Hola, any seating arrangements?" She asked stopping at the rows of desk.

The brunet left one class and on to the other. He was actually looking forward to Spanish. Well, some of it. Mainly so he could B.S with people in another language so they wouldn't find it offensive, and he could humor himself the whole time. The boy smiled to himself, and entered the room. He spotted the teacher and grinned, "Seenhoir Alvarez," he greeted in his over-done accent.
He saw a girl was standing by the man's desk, so he figured it was something private and went ahead and took a seat in about the exact center of the room. That was the 'attention' zone. And, he was prepared to answer questions and offer comments. Otherwise, the class would be boring. His eyes drifted to the board, and he arched a brow at the words. What the hell does that say? He squinted as he mentally sounded the words out in his head: By-In-Ven-e-dos 'A' La Clas-eh dee es-pan-al? He shrugged, close enough. He could assume easy enough it was saying something about Spanish class, probably 'Welcome' but, who knew. He sat back in his chair, his eyes drifting to the few posters hanging around the room.

((OOC - Hayley's not on your list, but she is signed up for Spanish.))
Hayley made her way to the Spanish class, wearing bright green skinny jeans with a white studded belt, a black fitted t-shirt, black Converse sneakers, and her small yellow backpack. While she normally enjoyed her classes, not that she ever let it show, she was sure that the first few Spanish classes would be relatively boring as she had taught herself basic Spanish in order to better communicate with the Spanish-speaking grooms at her old barn. For this class, when she donned a look of boredom as she had done for every class she had attended so far, it may not be entirely feigned.
Hayley walked into the classroom and saw two people who were familiar to her. One of them was a girl, Annabelle, who Hayley shared a lot of classes with, and the other was the boy she once rode with, Tyson, or Psychic Boy as she liked to call him. She sighed in annoyance as she walked through the threshold into the classroom. While passing the teacher's desk before heading to her usual seat in the back and to the side of the classroom, she offered a, Hola, intentionally making her accent as American as possible and making sure she pronounced the "h" sound clearly at the beginning of the word. It was more than she offered her other teachers upon meeting them, but it certainly wasn't a polite greeting. Hayley sat at her chosen seat in the back of the class and sat, bored, waiting for the class to start.

Walking over to the White Oak Barn Luke figured he could feed his group of four. As he walked down the aisle he heard a loud banging sound, coming to Nite's stall. The gelding was ready for his feed, which was completely understandable. Hurrying to the feed room he gathered the Nite, Rae, and Daisy's feed. Poor Lily would have to wait. Pouring the mixture of grain and other things into each of the three horses' bins he rushed back and put everything as it was. Running to the Red Willow Barn he quickly conjured up Lily's food and dumped it into her feeding bin. Again following through with his routine of cleaning up he quickly walked out of the barn. His body now smelled slightly of horse, but what did it matter, he wasn't dirty or anything like that so he was fine. Walking into the cool air of the academic building he pushed down the hallway to Spanish class. This school year he was taking two languages, Luke figured knowing how to comincate with others would help him in the long run. Entering the room he saw two girls and then a boy. Taking a seat at the back of the classroom, he sat on his own quietly. Just like he did every class he entered.

Jacey Alvarez looked up from the handout he had been scanning when a girl walked into the room and asked him a question. He smiled at her greeting, "Buenos días," he replied, then lightly shook his head, "Nope, sit where you like," he encouraged. He found it odd that a student would ask that, but, he had been teaching at a large university with anywhere from forty to fifty kids in the large room at once, and of course, there was never a seating arrangement. The man was glad though, that he could come to a smaller school and get to be more personable with his students, even though the pay wasn't as good, that didn't matter. He was provided with housing, meals, and a place for his horse. What more could he ask for?
The man looked over as another student entered the room. He smiled wryly at the boy's attempt at greeting him, but gave him props for calling him 'Señor' as opposed to the English title, 'Mister'. "Buenos días," he returned again. Then watched for a moment as the students began to settle into their seats.
He looked back over as a red headed student walked in wearing bright colored clothes. He arched a brow at her greeting, knowing that she didn't even try, or seem to care. He could read people very well, and he was certain, that if this girl had been in a university class, she would only show up the first day for role, and the days of the 'big' tests. Which, those kids rarely passed them anyway but... "Hola," he returned her greeting anyway, saying it properly. Then another boy slinked in the room, but seemed either to shy, or in too much of a hurry to say anything. Jacey smiled warmly at him just the same. His eyes trailed to the clock on the wall, there was still a few minutes before it was time for the class to actually start. The other students would be arriving soon.

Running from classroom to classroom was certainly not Koye's favorite part of Blue Ridge. He was enjoying his stay, he just pretty much kept to himself. His day had been long, but he figured it would just get linger on if he didn't make something of it. He reached the Spanish classroom grinning. He knew a little bit of Spanish, but he wanted to keep going since he didn't want to leave off with a semester of Spanish I under his belt. He started by greeting the teacher. "Buenos dias, Señor Alvarez. Trying to use a simple accent when he said it.
He looked around the room for someone to sit near. Seeing two girls, and two guys he didn't know made him feel uneasy. He saw a boy named Tyson, who was in several classes with Koye. Koye shot a smile at Tyson and took a seat next to him. Never saying anything and looking towards the board. 'Bienvenidos a la clases de Español' Welcome to the Spanish Class! It was easy for him to put together the sentence, but what else would he be able to understand. He began to feel uneasy again, thinking about not being able to understand what was going on.

Axel walked down the hallways of Blue Ridge not really paying much attention what was going on around him to notice he was actual late to one of his classes when he looked at her clock on his phone. He pretty much wanted to run to the classroom, but knew better than to be in such a hurry to look like a freak. He took his time to the building and opened the front door and watched as the hall as students began going to their classrooms and began to empty infront of him. He felt like a loser being late to his first day of school to his class.
He found the Spanish room and walked in hearing some people speak spanish. He had never spoke spanish in his whole freakin life. Yah, he loved in Texas where it is pretty much ran with Spanish Speaking people, but it doesn't mean he knowns it. He walked to one of the desks and sits down he knew he was late, but he wasn't going to say anything to the teacher. He sat his bag down in the back of the room so he wouldn't disturb the class.

The sound of the bell ringing caught the man's ears, just as another student had walked in and greeted him. He smiled at the boy's effort, "Hola," he replied. The professor slowly rose from his chair and picked up the stack of paper. He started to walk to the front of the class, quickly giving the black printed text one more glance over. He looked to the side, seeing one more student slip in and head towards the back of the room. His light brown-almost rusty colored orbs now gazed at the handful of students sitting in desks, spread throughout the room. It sure wasn't a sight he was used too. Even though the bell had rung, he looked down at the watch on his wrist, that was just uncovered by his sleeved dress shirt. He was required to wear long sleeves in the classroom no matter the weather, to cover up the simple tattoo on his arm.
Seeing that his watch had two past, the man sucked in his lips. Guess this was it. He wore a wide grin on his face as he started to pass out the sheets quickly to each student. Then, he returned to his desk to take attendance, "Annabelle Archer?...Axel Roper?...Enna Moore?...Eurico Hanson?...Hayley Slater?..Koye Bennet?...Luke Bryan...Tyson Wilcox?" He lightly rose his brows as two of the students were absent and he marked them on the list. That wasn't good, to miss any class, but especially the first.
He put the list down on his desk before looking back to his class, "Alright, welcome to la clase de Español," he grinned, "My name is Señor Alvarez." he grinned, "Now, for the first few minutes of the class, I would like you to take a look at the top portion of your sheet, where it lists some popular Spanish names. You will be picking one, and that will be the name I, as well as your classmates will address you by in the class."
List of Names: Jesus, Gorge, Fiona, Alejandra, Fernando, Ana, Carlos, Catalina, Deigo, Dora.
Posting Order: Annabelle Tyson Hayley Luke Koye Axel

As this had been Diamond's first day on campus, she needed to be directed quiet often and needed help finding everything. Finally just deciding to text her friend on campus, he pointed it out in no time to her over phone. Now running across some of the campus, and finally running up the stairs, Diamond made it inside the building just as the bell had rung. Walking swiftly down the hallway, she quickly found the Spanish classroom, walking inside to reveal students sitting at desks already. Walking to an empty desk, which was behind two boys, a blonde and brunette, Diamond then listened as the teacher instructed what they would be doing. Reading the board which had in large letters,Bienvenidos a la clase de Español! Diamond shrugged, she had no idea what that meant, but then decided to ask the boys(Tyson and Koye) in front of her, Hey do either of you know what the heck that means? Diamond asked them raising an eyebrow. Hearing that they had to choose a name to be adressed in class, Diamond didn't like that idea...at all! She hated this, already! OUTFIT

Nodding she turned away from his desk and found a seat in the middlish row of the room. Taking out her green colored notebook filled with clean and fresh new lined paper. Laid her pen down across the opened book. Taking a glance around the room she took notice to all of the South American maps. Hearing more footsteps she saw a new face and then Hayley a familiar face that she had seen in her other classes. Never talked to, but seen. The boy she had maybe seen once or twice around campus but she didn't recall having any classes with him. As more students filed in, caught no old faces. Most of them were new all of them boys. Although it was only three more, now there were an most uneven ratio of boys to girls, four to two. It really didn't bother her, but knowing the fact that she didn't have any recognition of any of them, she wouldn't have anyone to partner with if needed to. Seeing where they all sat, basically none close to her, maybe one a few seats down from her. Belle was perfectly okay with that, she wasn't here to socialize. Hearing Señor Alvarez tell the class that they needed to pick a Spanish name she scrolled over the names, she liked the name Catalina. Glancing over them once more she nodded slightly to herself and basically did a double take to make sure it was the right name. Once a new girl came in she sat behind two boys, of whom she didn't know the names of. Belle heard the girl ask them what the board said. Rolling her eyes she thought to herself, It isn't that hard!" She was sometimes "mad" at the world for being so blatantly stupid.
