Samie sighed as the objects outside of the window slowly passed by. Trees, sidewalks, sometimes people. She would go on and on about the things you would normally see when you're on the road. She groaned as she wondered if they would be at the Academy soon. She knew eventually she would make it, but it just seems so long. She hummed a tune that she heard from on the radio inputted into the car. She forgot what it was from. Although it's very catchy. Sometimes those songs are just annoying. Her grandfather was driving the silver truck to take her to Blue Ridge. She imagined what it was like, big, gorgeous, kind of like her. Alright, she just couldn't help herself from comparing things about her. She then suddenly thought about this guy she as well came her for. She shook here head out of that image for a while as her grandad spoke up and pulled over. "We're here.."
She looked out as the big Main Office building was right in front of here. It was fairly lovely already for this part of the Riding Academy. She was impressed. She quickly got out of the car and got her things from the trunk before standing in front of the building, slightly in awe. She quickly waved goodbye to her grandfather before entering the building. It was nice and comforting already. The first good thing about this place. She walked over to the front desk and spoke up to the lady. "Excuse me, I'm guessing you must already know me.." She started off. Who wouldn't? Yet again, she was the new one here so it's yet again another struggle to be queen bee once more.
"I'm Samantha Anne DeVere. The new student here at the Academy." She wasn't afraid to introduce herself to her. The first person to know her, and maybe predict what she eventually expect for the Academy to be. She slightly raised a brow as the lady spoke about her room, and where her horse was boarded at. She took the offered room key and gave a sly grin back to her. She nodded in thanks and first of all went to check her room and maybe her roommate. If she had one.
