Personality>> Ellie is headstrong and strait to the point, at least that's how she wants to be. Around people she doesn't know (especially around the ones of the opposite gender) it may seem that she doesn't want to be around you, but she actually does want to be around people just, to be honest, people scare her. Once you actually start to get to know her though she loves to speak her mind and if you get to be her friend, is very loyal. She is also very ambitious and she hates quitters.

Appearance>> Ellie is quite small, being 5'4 and lean due to her sickly nature. She is pale at the moment but tans very easily (Also loses the tan easily). She has very large greenish blue eyes, her nose is larger than she would like, but is actually quite normal. Her lips are slightly thin and a light mauve. She doesn't do much with her appearance and rarely ever wears make-up. She has light brown hair with natural red highlights that can only really be seen in sunlight. Her hair is medium lengh, with side swept bangs and the ends lightly resting on her shoulders causes a slight curl.

Full History>> Ellie had a very normal life, at least she tells herself so. Her mother, Claire, died shortly after giving birth to her. Ellie never knew how to feel about it, so she decided to not feel anything. She didn't know what it was like to have a mother, so why regret it? Ellie was always somewhat sickly, like her mother. Whenever there was a cold or flu going around she would be the first one to get it.
Ellie also has an older brother, though not much older, only one year difference. When they were very young they were inseparable. The two always did everything together and hardly ever had any fights. Until the day where they got in an accident in early August when she was eight. Ellie and her father were out and the next thing she remembers is being in a hospital bed with nurses running around her. Her whole right side hurt, she doesn't remember exactly what happened to her, and tries to forget but the scar going from the middle of her ribs to the middle of her thigh reminds her often.
She was released from the hospital after a couple weeks, she was happy to get home, away from the pitied look of the nurses. She simply wanted to return to school and get on with her life, but she couldn't even walk without help. Her brother was scared to be around her, thinking that he might accidentally hurt her as she was very fragile at the time. Her brothers absence made it all the more worse. She hated it when he looked into her room with such sadness in his eyes. The more she was bedridden, the more they grew apart.
It was six months before she returned started school again, she still had a limp and couldn't walk long distances but she was determined to continue. She was reunited with her friends, but there always seemed to be a disconnection between them, she had changed, and they didn't know what to do with her.
She learned to hide her limp and her discomfort and things went normally, except with her brother, who never could look past that she was no longer so fragile. They would pass in the hall while she was trying to hide everything, he knew that she had pain and again she had to see those sad eyes, because of that, all she wants to do is become stronger, to one day show him that she really is okay.
When she was around eleven she started to take a real interest in horses, she doesn't know what caused her to suddenly start loving horses, as she had been around them for a very long time. Her Aunt and Uncle had a small ranch with a few horses that they foster, that was actually quite close to Ellie and her family and they would visit often.
One visit, it had been a very long day and she was going to add water for the horses for the end of the day, a sharp pain went through her hip, which was normal when she worked a lot, but she tipped over the water bucket and it spooked one of the more skittish horses and it was about to trample her. Before she got trampled another horse seemed to calm the other one down in time to save her.
Ever since then she always spent time with that horse, Sam. He was given to her Aunt and Uncle by a their friend when they had to move and did not have room for him. They always said if she could get past Sam's stubborn personality that she could take him with her to the boarding school. Ellie's father had been talking about sending her to a boarding school for a very long time, since he had to go to one himself, he always thought that she would enjoy it as much as he did.

Personality>>Luna is a very mellow and lazy cat. She doesn't mind other people, but she prefers to be around Ellie. One of her favorite things to do is sleep, which is what she does most of the time, especially if Ellie is out. She gained a very strong bong with Ellie when she was a kitten, since she had a lot of time to bond with her when she was bedridden.
History>> She was born under a shed by a stray, most likely the neighbors lost cat. She was taken to a shelter not long after she was born. The shed owners didn't particularly like a littler of strays under their shed. She didn't stay at the shelter for long, Ellie's father gave Luna to her as a birthday present when Ellie turned nine to keep her company while stuck in the house.
