Manfred stretched his arms as he made his way towards the gym. His swimming class had been coming along nicely, although he wasn't sure if he had a feasible team that he could start on competitions in the spring. It would all depend on how much the team wanted to go, or if they wanted to wait for another year before actually starting on competitions.
As he entered the pool hall, he flipped on the lights, then went to unlock the locker rooms. It was before classes, so he had almost the run of the gym, apart from the gymnasts he knew practiced nearly every day.
Having completed his round, he walked back to the pool and unlocked his storage room before turning on the lights and then looking around the shelves of supplies that he had stockpiled. Deciding that they might as well work on a bit of fun, he grabbed only a stopwatch. He hoped that he would get an even number of students today, but if not, he would have to teach them all a little bit of an alternative to his plan for the day.
Holding his clipboard and his stopwatch, Manfred shoved the door closed, then walked to the third block from the door and sat on it, tenting his fingers as he waited for his students to arrive.

Henri was rather excited to go for the first swimming class of the year. She had been pushing herself recently and had been working out to get back in shape. It took only a week for a swimmer to get out of shape anyway, and over winter break, the brunette was sure she’d stuffed herself full with all the junk people brought over. Well, at least the classic, expensive junk her father dished out for the grand Christmas party he’d held. A memory of clinking wine glasses and aristocratic conversations caused the girl to frown slightly. Yes, she most certainly needed a swim.
Saving time seemed like a great idea and the brunette figured she’d wear her swimsuit under her clothes. It was a slim, racing one from Speedo and she’d gotten it for Christmas as a present from Clarence. Henri had been rather surprised at her sister’s niceness, but thanked her fully and went on her way. The girl admired it in the mirror for a few more moments before pulling on a pair of white sweatpants and a hoodie. Finally, Henri slipped on her sneakers and a grabbed her circular swim bag before slipping out of her dorm.
The girl reached the swimming pool in no time as she’d been walking fast to warm herself up for a less painful swim. Certainly, the first day would always be the hardest. Entering through the door quietly, Henri waltzed straight into the girl’s locker rooms and stuffed her bag into a locker with her stripped off clothes. Happy to already be in her swim stuff, the brunette emerged from the locker room; goggles and swim cap in toe. Her hair was already in a tight little bun to be easily put under the cap. Spotting her coach on the third block, Henri was surprised to be the first one there. She offered the man a grin “Good morning.”

Nina entered her room in just enough time for her to pack and quickly head over to the gym before she would be late for swim class. She was excited for this class especially. Swimming was her favorite sport most of all, so of course it would be her favorite. Obviously she has other favorite classes, but those are on a different subject. This current one was her favorite extracurricular activity.
She continued on, busily trying to pack all her swim gear and basic necessities. She grabbed her gym bag and plopped it on her bed. She quickly unzipped the bag and threw in her swim cap, goggles, a water bottle, keys, etc. She changed into her black and purple swim suit and covered over her swim outfit with track clothes. Checking herself in the mirror, she did her best to tie a firm bun. It was secure, but messy is another thing. She shrugged it off and walked out of the bathroom mirror and caught her bag while walking without stopping. She swung it over her shoulder and stopped as the door was a feet or two away from her. She gave a good thought about what she has packed to make sure she has everything prepared. She looked at the room's clock and saw it was about time to get going to the gym. She nodded in response towards herself and quickly slipped out the door.
She glanced at what was around her, getting distracted, while she was heading over to the Academy's gym. When she finally entered the gym, she stopped looking and talked herself into hurrying along if she doesn't want to be late. She rolled her eyes towards herself as she finally entered the swimming pool. She spotted a girl, she hasn't seen her before in her other swim classes. Maybe she is new to the class. She has seen her around campus. She waved to the other student near the coach before placing the track suit in her gym bag and stripped out of her track outfit. She didn't get her cap and goggles out yet. Though she knew this class well.
After they have done their daily stretches for warm up. She knew right away she can get ready. It really doesn't take that long to put them on since she has already prepared her bun in her hair. She walked over, standing on the other side of Manfred. "Good morning, Manfred." She said normally with a light smile on her face. She remembered the first time she came to swimming, remembering how he wanted his students to call him Manfred instead of Mr. Aachen.
