Personality>> Makayla is a sweet girl, she really is. She has a good heart and a lot of soul inside of her. She is a bit shy with others that she doesn't know well and with guys that she likes. She works hard though and isn't to be underestimated. She is determined and a perfectionist about her riding. She will try something a hundred times if she has to. This is not to say that she wouldn't get frustrated during those hundred times. She likes to get things right the first time. She is studious and tries at everything that she does. She isn't terribly judgmental but, she is still human so, she does judge people based on appearances and first impressions from time to time. She has a very type A personality. She likes to list things and likes organization.
Likes>> Organization, guys, success, feeling ahead of the game, getting things accomplished, being with others who are as hard-working as she is.
Dislikes>> Laziness, Not getting something right, Messiness, Getting behind in her studies or with her horse, people with big egos, mean girls, people who don't play by the rules.
Fears>> Embarrassment, ending up alone for the rest of her life.
Hopes>> Successful career/life, to be married some day, have a career with horses and maybe with music as well.

It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Makayla is five feet and two inches tall. Her hair is considered long and she has bangs that go almost straight across her forehead. Her eyes are an icy blue color. She is usually wearing some kind of a watch or bracelet or necklace. She has her ears pierced but, rarely changes the earrings out. Her body type is considered medium-small. Her hair is usually straight but, she curls is often because she thinks it looks better. Her skin is light but, not pinky. It has a yellowish undertone but, not so much that it would give her a tan look.
Markings>> No tattoos, her ears are pierced, no scars of significance.

Medical History>> She broke a rib once falling off a horse.
Criminal History>> None
Full History>> Makayla was born in Canada. Or, more specifically, British Columbia. Her parents were Mark Gate and Emily Gate. They were both nice people and they loved their daughter very much. Unfortunately, they didn't have the money to support her. Her parents already had six other children and they couldn't afford to feed another. It was a horrible thing to do, giving up your child for money reasons but, it was in Makayla's best interest that she not live with them. They wanted her to have the best life that she could and it was not going to be with them. So, with tears in their eyes, they adopted her out to American parents, Joe and Anna Steenson.
Joe and Anna, happened to own a nice little horse farm. It wasn't huge but, it also wasn't tiny. They had about ten horses for lesson purposes and then a few boarders as well. Maykayla had gotten lucky with this little door opening for her.
So, she grew up on this horse farm with her parents. She fed the horses every morning before school and then came home and did her barn chores and then she did her homework. That had been her life for all of elementary school and middle school. Of course, her parents would give her lessons on the weekends with one of the lesson horses.
Her adoptive parents began to see a potential in their adoptive daughter. She had some real talent with several different disciplines. This had become apparent even at her young age. Her parents began talking and they decided that it was time for Makayla to have her own horse. She was talented enough and had been around horses her whole life. So, they went out and purchased her a horse of her very own and, they even came home with another surprise. She would be moving to Kentucky to go to the prestigious equestrian high school there. Makayla was ecstatic and packed her bags right away.

Personality>> Cowboy is a very relaxed cat. He is pretty lazy and doesn't get into much trouble. He is the typical cat. He lays around and sleeps and then gets up and eats. He isn't much into playing but, he is all for being picked up and held and carried around . He doesn't make any noise at all. He likes to be petted and he does like to be around people. He often will pick a person to lay by for hours. Sometimes, he even follows Makayla around inside of the house just because. He watches T.V and his favorite channel is Animal Planet. He has met a few horses in his day and is fine with them. He will sit on the stall door sometimes or even go inside of the stall if he can and just chill.
History>> Cowboy had been Makayla's cat since she was was about eight. Cowboy was only one at the time and her parents bought him from a friend of theirs whose Mane Coon cat had gotten pregnant. He was very cheap, about ten dollars. He was a playful kitten and he loved to run around the house and experience new things. But, as the years went on, the fascination with plastic bags and random joggers outside faded.
