shailene is rather short, only standing 5'4. she is lean and very skinny. her skin is a tan olive color which stays year round, but gets darker during the warmer days. her natural hair color is a brown color that blends well with her skin tone. her eyes are a deep green with golden edges. actually a birthmark is in her eye as well. shailene only weighs in at 125 pounds. mostly it is muscle from those years of riding tough horses.


personality
shailene is pretty leniant. she can usually tolerate just about anything she confronts. until you get her mad, thats when things change. other from the fearless side, you'd easily fall in love with her. though she does have a bad mouth. its incredibly hard for her to keep gossip in, and a few cuss words escape here and there.aside from that, she is completely and brutally honest, which has it's good and bad things to it. shailene will also confront you about anything that is on her mind or anything she doesn't really like or curious about. so be prepared what slips from her mouth.


background
born on may twenty-first she was considered a mistake. it's what happens when youre in a bar for twelve hours and had consumed nine budlights. its not the best way to say. shailene and her mother lived alone in a small house outside of lexington. money wasn't a thing in her two member family. she didnt even know who her father was. after being caught with illegal drugs, shailene's mom was sent to prison, and shailene? she had gone into a foster home at the age of seven. thats when she began taking daily riding lessons from the barn next door. after being pulled into many shows she was very well known for her mad jumping skills. a couple had took notice of her brilliance and talent, for which they owned a rather famous jumping barn themselves. they adopted her and a little ten year old girl. at the time sara was fifteen. she was elected to compete in the three day eventing competition in rolex. instead she built up more skills and practiced for hours to be better then any first place winner. at eighteen her and her adopted family moved here, to the other side of kentucky where she still rides. her foster parent's enrolled her into an academy a few miles away, blue ridge riding academy, where she will enhance her skills and be noticed more then ever and showing in top compeitions.
