His hair always looks slightly windswept, and is shaggy, longer than his mother would like. He has an easy smile that almost seems to give the impression that everything in the world is perfectly fine. His clear blue eyes are very expressive.

Adrian is an easygoing kind of guy. While having been raised in a household where everything is expected and standards are always high, he enjoys any opportunity to be completely laid back, though also understands when one needs to be serious. He almost always seems to be happy, smiling, laughing, or goofing off. There is this magnetic draw to him, always attracting people who want to have fun. He's quite the charmer by nature, sometimes flirting with girls without even realizing it. He can be a bit of a pushover, but when there's something he wants he'll go for it.

Adrian was born in Oxford, England. His mother, a pretty Welsh woman, married to his father after the two met in a hotel in Aberdeen. Adrian Sr was on a business trip, and Elen's parents owned the hotel that the meeting was being held at. It wasn't a particularly fast engagement. Adrian was twenty-five at this time, while Elen was only eighteen, not even out of school. However, due to the hotel's hospitality, Adrian returned to the hotel multiple times over the years. After multiple encounters Elen and he grew to like and respect one another.
Elen had little prospect for a future. Her eldest brother would inherit the hotel, and with seven brothers and sisters, they hardly had enough money to send all their children to college. Besides that, the woman was never particularly interested in continuing her education, and instead got a job as a secretary right out of school. It was a well known fact that, upon their engagement, Elen and Adrian did not love one another. However, they enjoyed the others company and since neither were interested in the ideas of love, thought that they could quite easily live with the other.
Adrian Sr married when he was thirty years old, Elen at the young age of twenty-three. It would be another three years before their son was born. He would be destined to continue in his father's footsteps and enter into Adrian III's buisness and pick up where the elder man left off. The idea was never up for discussion. When the girls were born, Gwendolyn and Agatha, their college funds were started imediately. They would become doctors, or perhaps lawyers. This, also, was never to be discussed, only known.
Growing up, Adrian Jr lived in a rich home in Oxford. He went to a private school of the top quality, being best friends with many a famous man's son or daughter. He learned how to fence and ride english style, training in all different areas of competition. He adored horses, and everything about the shows and competitions.
When He was fourteen, Adrian's father extended his buisness branch to the United States. Having no employees who were willing to make the move, Adrian Sr assigned one of his best to take care of the buisness in the U.K. area, while he strengthened the buisness over in the US. So, without even a moment of discussion with his family, they packed up and flew across the ocean, to a place they'd never been to before, leaving all friends and everything familiar behind.
Adrian managed to put a new life together, making new friends, finding a new barn to train and compete under. His father bought multiple new horses, under the belief that any animal could replace the ones left behind. And true, Adrian did grow to love the animals, but he missed his home. Only his family and loyal dog were familiar to him in the new place.
After four years of living in California, Adrian found an advertisement for Blue Ridge Riding Academy. Excited the the idea of attending a school where he would be surrounded by horses and learn even more in the area, he enrolled. He knew the place had a reputation for training many the successful horse trainer, and Adrian hoped that he might have a shot. Horses were his passion--not business. He hoped by attending, his father might also understand that he had no intention of following in the man's footsteps.
Misc.: he hopes that, if he ever marries, he does it for love, rather than for comfort or admiration. He has a black male German Shepard named Vlad who is six years old. Adrian doesn't have any current connections to the US, and while part of him wants to get out as fast as possible, he almost hopes that something might anchor him to this new life...
