I Need Cheering Up :(

Well, my friends went OTT and told my form tutor the other day that i wasn't eating because of what a boy in my form said to me the day before. So form tutor had a long winded chat with me which made me miss the majority of my last lesson and i couldn't stop crying, she said that she'd already spoken to matron (the school nurse for people that don't know what it is) about me and that she wanted me to go see her. I didn't have a choice so i went and she weighed me and took my height and everything erghhh i started crying when she said why are you doing this to yourself and im still obessed with my calorie intake i mean i won't go past 800 or i'll start fretting

Also i got badly thrown off Splashness yesterday and i have a bruise down my back and it was raining so my jods got covered in the stuff

Your friends may have been out of line by telling your form tutor that you weren't eating, but she obviously cares about you since she didn't just brush it off. Coming from someone who has starved herself in the past (long story), if you are watching your calorie intake, you should be eating no more than 1200, possibly more since you are under 18. Having no more than 800 calories a day isn't good for you.

I hate coming off horses when it's wet, it's like landing on concrete. For your bruise, I suggest getting some arnica cream. I was on a beach trek many years ago and the horse I was riding flipped out and ditched me on the sand down by the tideline.

Another spillage I've had when it was wet, I didn't even fall off. I was riding Cedar around the track of where I was grazing him at the time. We hadn't been grazing there for long and it had been raining heaps the night before. Cedar didn't like the driving range that we had to go past, and was starting to get a little silly. Since the ground was so muddy, I was going to dismount and lead him past the golfing people. However, when I put my feet on the ground, they slid on the mud and I went down. I was really embarrassed as the whole side of me was covered in thick sticky mud. And, as you can guess, when I told my story he laughed at me.

Yer but its like im scared to eat things now because im scared it will make me fat. She said by making me go see matron in a month it will incourage me to start eating properly again but no its just making it worse, and if i either don't lose anything or worse if i put half a pound on i start to fret and so i practically starve myself and run round the field with my dog so that i will lose more. Its funny what one word from some pathetic boy can do tbh, but i can't get over it, and i know for a fact if i don't eat on Monday my friends are just going to tell her again, i mean the day they told her they said to me ''what would you do if we told Miss or Matron'' and i was like ''I'd run out of the school gates because there open'' and they went, I didn't think much of it tbh cuz only 2 of them went cuz they said they ''needed to do their hair''. But then i get back from lunch stand in line chatting to my mates and all of a sudden my form tutor asks me to come in. I automatically knew what they had done and i broke down in tears and, the day before one of my friends forced me to go see her at lunch, not a good idea tbh she was in there with all the other 15 english teachers and they were staring at us and i just walked out, but then i had her shouting after me to come back. Now all the english dept know, and she was like, ''i won't tell anyone its confidentuality'' but she obvs told her BF aswell. i just want it to end tbh but i can't get over what he said

Ok LOL yours sound worse then what ive had tbh na this was just because she was being a silly pony and decided to spook at the bush on the corner just after she started cantering. According to my instructor Y/O and the other instructor in there i did a semi flip when i came off which proberly contributed to the bruise LOL
