Dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, tan skin, one would assume she is the typical Californian girl, but perhaps this would be a judgment without any evidence. She has dirty blonde, layered hair with tints of red and brown in thin strips throughout the strands. Her hair falls past the bottom of her shoulder blades. She has heavy side swept bangs that are blended into the remainder of her lengthy hairdo. Small, almond-colored eyes are placed symmetrically on the two sides of her face. Her nose is petite and without the odd bump some have, for she has never broken or injured her pretty little nose. The perfect shade of a tan fall over every inch of her body, it took quite a span of hours in the California sun to get it there. Without the help of plucking she would have overly bushy caterpillars, but thanks to tweezers most will never know. Lotte loves animals, but before she will touch them they have to be clean. She is a rich girl, and will admit that. And she gets what she wants. Let's say she's an heiress, but she is smart don't get that wrong. She has a drive to; determination is one of her strong suits. She loves riding; it's the only thing in the world that keeps her sane.[/font][/blockquote]
She is a snob, a queen bee, thus being the reason she didn't want to be here. She is a 'native' to California, Los Angeles to be exact and this is a downgrade from her normal lifestyle. She thinks herself of better than most others, and this is the result of her parents. She likes to appear strong and hard-headed but around horses she's a softy. Only around horses though. She speaks her mind, very openly, and doesn't care what others think. At least when other people are around. She puts on that fake air of confidence every time she enters the public, but other than that she has a tendency to be weak. She has a hard time to tell other people her feelings so she keeps them bottled up. She’s a partier, always looking to have a good time. But, she doesn’t just hang around the average people, no. You have to be special to get her attention.

Her father seems more open to the fact that she’s growing up than her mother. Her mother Susanne is trying to control every aspect of her daughter’s life, from where she can hang out with her friends to her suitor. Lotte is only allowed to date approved boys and she is rebelling, going to parties frequently and doing who knows what. And this brings up to her reason for her arrival at the academy, her mother thought boarding school was better for her. ‘Besides, horses are your favorite things, right?’ Her mother had said Lotte hated her then. She had always detested the fact that Lotte loved horses saying that they were dirty, filthy beasts only fit to haul coal. But her mother had decided she’d rather have her daughter around horses than out partying. So here Lotte is, but keep in mind, even the richest and best mannered families have their secrets.
