Her blond locks hang just down past her shoulders, some layers reach the small of her back. Her impressive green eyes are flaked with gold, while still keeping the color of emeralds.

Background: Harper grew up in a single parent household. She had 5 older brothers that helped her gain the fighting ability and strength that she possesses today. Her mother supported them by working double shifts at the supermarket and by doing Avon rounds, with the help of her children. She never wanted for anything, her mother always made sure that her and her brothers got the basics and a few treats, so they weren't spoiled. She decided at 17 she wanted to join the police service, and her youngest older brother joined with her. They graduated the same day, and their mother told them how proud she was of them. The values she taught them were used every day in their line of work, and for that they were grateful. Her other brothers did alright for them selves also. Her oldest brother became a doctor, then another became a lawyer, and one even opened a chain of small deli's, what ever works for him she guesses. She has been on the field for four years and has loved every second of it. She is looking forward to her time at BRRA, and hopes it will further her career to bigger things. Defiantly not better.
