---Like a clown I put on a show,, The pain is real,, Even if nobody knows.--- In the barn, Avery tacked up the mare like he would any other horse. His mind wasn't thinking about the motions his hand made, but rather what he could be doing. He could be gaining knowledge by reading a book in the library, instead of doing something he didn't have to think about. The feeling was there, and he knew today, he would ride this mare without even trying to bond.
The cowboy led the pinto out of the barn, her saddle leather squeaking as she walked. Her head was high and her eyes were curious as she was looking around fascinated by the new world since coming from the auction. Avery led her to the arena and opened the gate, relieved it was empty. He smirked, suddenly getting the feeling his father was watching from the bleachers, but of course that was impossible. Nevada lowered her heard and sniffed the fine dirt before Avery coaxed her dome up. He collected the split leather reins in his hand and climbed into the saddle. His boots easily slid into the stirrups. Nevada shied sideways and Avery gathered the reins tighter, "Whoooa," his low soothing voice filled only her ears. Nevada danced in a few more uneasy circles before she realized this man was in control, and not an once of fear was in him, but something esle was.
Avery applied pressure with his heels and the mare shot forward. A little fast for what the man was expecting. He asked for a slow down, but got a entire stop instead. He blew through his cheeks, "Touchy are we?" Now, his hands gave more slack in the reins and he ever so lightly squeezed with his heels. The mare took off at a uncollected, rough trot. The mustang in her just plotted along in a choppy manner. One ear was always on the rider, the other swiveled in different direcations. Her brown orbs looked up ahead, or off to the side if something caught her eye. Well, if she was trained in roping then trotting wasn't in her favor. By the way she was acting, it seemed she had been rode in solely rodeos then put up. Never free riding.

her hair swayed behind her as she walked. Long and straight and bleached blonder from being out in the sun. She had ditched the cowboy hat, Juan hadn't been talking to her in forever so she felt as though she had done something wrong. She had thrown herself into her horsemanship, she had worked with Keshet everyday now and he seemed very lovely towards men now. He didn't like them being around but he wasn't dangerous, more work would make him a great horse. Her fingers rolled over the softness of his neck as he walked beside her towards the arena. He was tacked up with her best western saddle and a saddle pad that had a k in curly letters that glittered yellow in the sun light. His big brown eyes looked around curiously, His ears pressed forward as the arena came into view. A man on a blue roan mare was obviously noticeable. She squinted her eyes at the sunshine, to see that it was Avery on the beautiful mare. She lead her gelding to the fence to watch Avery on his pinto.
Addison patted the dapple gray geldings neck as he watched the male his ears pressed forward to catch every sound. Addy looked lovely that day with her hair down against her back and white t-shirt that had BRRA written in bold black letters across the chest. Blue jeans and boots just like everyone else, it wasn't as hot as Satan's balls today so Addy could actually wear a pair jeans and not look like a complete disgrace.

---Like a clown I put on a show,, The pain is real,, Even if nobody knows.--- **The mare is brown and white pinto lol
Her silky mane bounced up and down as she trotted on the indise of the arena. She was coming up the corner when a new figure caught her eye and she turned her head to get a binocluar view of the pair. The cowboy quickly saw her attention was distracted from him. Looking up, he saw Addy with a dapple grey horse.
Avery was a bit embarrassed he didn't notice her before, he should pay more attention to his surroundings. He gently pulled back on the reins, he weight shifting a tad to the back of the saddle. The painted mare quickly slowed to a walk. her head held higher than usual as she appraoched the gelding. The cowboy swallowed a bit, feeling rather nervous for some reason, "Hi," he simply smiled. Without telling her to, the mare came to a halt near the fenceline by the pair. Her nostrils flared and she blew in and out, an ear cocking back as she tried to recognize the horse's oder and pronounce friend or foe.

There's a place I know If you're looking for a show. Where they go hardcore And there's glitter on the floor. The gelding seemed to be enjoying watching the pinto being warmed up. His gray body stepped forward his head bobbing over the fence line. His ears stayed pressed forward as he tossed his head gently back up. He was easily taller than the pinto cross breed. She was some where in the 15 hand range while the Gelding known as Keshet was A tall 16 hands or 17 hands. The Guardian Angel's coat was groomed to a shining gray and his mane silky against the right side of his neck. He looked at the man that sat upon the mares back, his ears twitched slightly. Keshet was completely comfortable with the fact of being around men, but he was becoming slowly better about it. Plus he knew he was safe with his master standing beside him. He may have been a big thoroughbred, that didn't mean that he wasn't a complete baby.
Addison's pale fingers swept her golden lochs from her face to behind her ears. Her gray blue eyes seemed to look up at him with even more shyness than she had when they had first met. "Hey" she said with her voice quiet yet still soft like always.

Avery noticed the shyness in the blonde's voice. It was different than the last time they met. He wondered what had gone since then. She had came right up to him and started talking. He quickly eyes the horse behind her, noting it's height, "Nice tall horse you got there," he complemented, an easy crooked girn coming to his face. His eyes had a hint of gleam to them. The horse seemed like an athlete, "What do ya do with him?"
The pinto soon lost interest with the gelding and settled her head into normal resting position. Her weight shifted to her left hind foot, causing the rider to adjust to the new weight of balance.

There's a place I know If you're looking for a show. Where they go hardcore And there's glitter on the floor. Addison had learned since working with the gelding that if she shown resistance against walking to a male he would too. She tried to keep her head up and walk to him without the shyness that would usually taint her but it was honestly harder than she had imagined. Addy had a small crush on Avery that no one knew about making it harder for her to act confident around him than most guys. She stared at her gelding in hopes that he would take away her fear but of course those hopes had never helped Addy before so why should they now. "Umm, i-i was th-thinking about doin-g something w-w-western you know t-t-try something new" she cursed herself in her mind for stuttering on such a simple sentence blushing furiously and staring at the gleaming gray coat. Keshet stopped against the ground as the Pinto lost interest in him as if he didn't like that fact before snorting tat the pintos rider and looking away. He was acting confident for Addison but other than that he would try to show no interest in him.
