Paint by Numbers The BasicsShow Name: Paint By Numbers Barn Name: Ella Age: 5 Gender: Mare Breed: Hanoverian The AppearanceCoat Colour: Black tovero with a medicine hat Stable Colour: Goldenrod Height: 15.2hh The PersonalityPersonality: When you look past her "temper", Pia is a really sweet horse who will do anything for her rider - as long as it is asked in the right way. She has a bad habit of cribbing when she's bored - whether in her stall or out in the pasture. Under the saddle, she is picky with who she will listen to, and hates whips and spurs, but once you have her trust, she will throw her heart and soul into whatever is asked of her. Caution Around: Arenas The HistoryHistory: Ella was an accident and born into a stable that knew nothing of starting horses. They had a slap-dash go at it and got her to finally accept the saddle along with a rider on her back. However, once this was done, they worked her to the bone and used any artificial aid they could find to get her to do as they wanted. Due to her training, even the sight of an arena will send her into a complete state, bucking, rearing, spinning, plunging, anything to get out of arena work. The TechnicalitiesDiscipline: Possible Eventer? Owner/Rider: Cara-Jean Kitchi

ADVENT OF THE SNEAK The BasicsShow Name: Advent of the Sneak Barn Name: Mouse Age: 5 years Gender: Mare Breed: Holsteiner Breed Registry: AHHA The AppearanceCoat Color: Grey Stable Color: Blue-Violet Height: 15.2 HH The PersonalityPersonality: Mouse is still a little bit silly and frisky, but it will fade with more experience and age. Her good training shows in her wonderful bascule and her eagerness to get into the show ring. She hates having a bit put into her mouth, and sometimes flat-out refuses to take a jump, trying to 'duck out' instead. She has the potential to go far, and with the right training, may also make a good dressage mount, although she seems to be the best in Show Jumping. She is scared of mice, which came out only after she was given her name, ironically. Caution Around: Mice The HistoryBasic History: Mouse's mother was sold to a western ranch months before Mouse's birth. The owners took care of her until Mouse was weaned, then sold the two horses separately. Mouse was taken on by a horse trainer who wanted a horse for his daughter. Once the horse was trained, however, she and the girl weren't a good match, so the mare was sold on. The TechnicalitiesDiscipline: Show Jumping Owner/Rider: Cara-Jean Alyssa Kitchi
