Physical Description:
Bay has a very attractive appearence. He has a baby face, and bleach blonde hair, it's natural. He can't grow any facial hair, yet, so his face is always smooth. His skin is tanned from hours spent in the sun on his daddy's farm. He has sweet eyes of a blue color, and his muscled, but lean frame stands around 5'9".
He hardly ever wears a hat, but you will always see him in boots, jeans, and a shirt. His clothing style is simple, he likes wearing solid colors, not stripes or plaid.
Personalitly:
Bay is young man. He is polite, but still immature. He hasn't grown up yet. He is a very easy going person and fun to be around. He doesn't smoke, but who doesn't like a drink now and then? Bay is the kind of person who works hard, and plays harder. His driving is a bit wild, but he hasn't had a wreck yet, and if he does, it will tone him down like it does every human.
Needless to say, this blonde country boy is a ladies man. They flock all over his cute charm and features. Bay isn't cocky really, he doesn't brag. He is just a country boy who likes to have fun. He doesn't judge people, or care if they judge him.
Background:
Bay was born to Stasha and Mike Cromwell in August. He does have an interesting name, his father was a big time farmer in Nevada. Not so much a rancher or a cowboy, though he did own horses, quarter horses. He was out riding once by himself on a bay horse when they came across a injured mountain lion. The horse reared and Mike fell off. He thought he was gone when the mountain lion charged at him. But, instead of running, the bay must have felt trapped on the tree covered trail so he kicked the large cat and killed it instintley. Since Mike was alive to tell that tale, he believed it was a sign he was going to have a family. In dedication to the horse who saved his life, he named his son the color of that old bay horse.
Growing up on the farm, Bay went to a small school were everyone knew everyone. He showed pigs in FFA in middle school. During the summer, and after school, it was planting, harvesting, things always needed to be done. Working on the tractors, farm trucks, everything. Of course almost everyone has at least rode a horse once in their life but Bay never got the chance to really be around them alot until he went to Kentucky to work for his Uncle one summer. His uncle was a race horse breeder. Here, Bay learned about handleing them on the ground, around the track, and keeping stalls. His Uncle, after a month of learning about them, let him ride a gelding that no longer raced due to a chipped knee. The gelding was calmer than most thoroughbred's and was a good teacher.
When summer was almost over, with Bay being 15, he wanted to stay in Kentucky. He talked to his parents, he was the only child. His parents didn't know what to think. They needed help on the farm, but when Mike took a bad fall and crushed his ankle, they knew they had to sell the farm. They could no longer keep it up. Bay's Uncle suggested his brother come stay up in Kentucky. He had a big house, alot of land, why not? So, the farm was sold, and Bay's mom and dad moved to Kentucky. Bay went to his freshman year of high school, turning 16. He didn't really like the school, and his grades began to slip. He loved the summer, actually helping his Uncle train the horses, when a flyer was found in the mailbox for Blue Ridge Academy. Bay begged his parents to let him attend a equine school, and his grades would improve, he promised. So, the descion was made and Bay was going to the academy across the state.
