Jude nodded as Serena told him about what she was worrying about. He was still incredibly grateful that she was becoming so open and honest with him. Mothers were definitely a problem, this he knew for sure. His mother was probably worried about him every day that she did not talk to him, but he was more interested in starting his own life. His father on the other hand, probably was so disappointed that he went to riding school and never wanted to talk to him again. He probably wanted Jude to go off to college with a football scholarship and be in relationships with head cheerleaders.
Jude had no interest in being with head cheerleaders anymore. He was with one once and that just ended in failure. Sighing, he looked over at Serena again and took in her presence. Rolling onto his side slightly, he leaned over her and held her down on the ground. Looking straight and deep into her eyes, his blue eyes gazed straight down at her. "Thank you.." Leaning down, he captured her lips with his again.
