Personality: He's very spirited, and can get agressive. However, he is also very sweet, if given time. He's a sound mount, and clearly enjoys to jump.
History: Before arriving at the barn Casey used to ride at, he was trained for show jumping at a young age. His owner was in it for the money, and cared very little for his horses. Due to Zanzibar's fiery spirit, he was hard to train. This upset his owner, who would beat him to keep him in line. Despite the violence used, his training was well executed. His owner planned on using Zanzibar as a showing horse as well as a stud. However, his owner was injured in a car accident and had to sell his horses. Zanzibar ended up at the barn Casey rode at, and the two bonded.
Discipline: Show jumping, some training in dressage as well.

Sadly, Pearl had to be sent to Florida with Casey's trainer. But Casey eagerly awaits her next visit home to see the pretty mare.

History: Pearl hasn’t really had much done with her. Coming from a stud farm in Oklahoma, she was set aside as there were many foals born at once and the owner found that he had his hands too full. She was broken quite late, just after turning four so it’s only really been a year since she’s been ridden. She hasn’t had someone to work with her to bring her on as much as she could, and needs a patient, calm person to take her on and bring her to her full ability.

Personality: Guapo is a very sweet and lovable horse. Unlike Casey's other horses, he is extremely calm and low maintenance. He has good training under his belt, and he rarely ever misbehaves. He's loyal and a complete puppy dog. He loves to have all the attention and loves long grooming sessions.
History: Guapo was Casey's best friend's sister's horse. She had him from a young age, so he lived a great life on a beautiful farm in Toronto, Canada. Casey's best friend offered to let her come along on her trip home to Toronto since Casey did not want to go home due to family issues. While there, she let Casey ride Guapo so they could explore the country side together. Casey fell in love with the sweet horse and was shocked when the family offered to give her Guapo. It was a gift she couldn't refuse, and she is now thrilled to have him with her at Blue Ridge Academy.
