PERSONALITY: Wise, calm, patient. Loner is the type of horse any knight of the round table would have wanted under them in any kind of duel. Loner is a horse who is quiet in his work, steady, and is happy if his rider is happy.
HISTORY: Loner was rejected by his mother at birth, and was sold to his permanent home when he was a few weeks old. He had to be hand-reared, as no mare would foster him. As he aged, it was clear he preferred the company of humans to horses, and other herd members were inclined to the same feelings. He soon became the stable’s star, becoming their top money-earner. But, when retired to stud, he only bred one foal; Romanov’s Heir. Since the stable is having to cut back on its numbers, and because of his weak success as a sire, Loner is, regrettably, among the sold.
