Appearance: Long curly black hair, tanned skin, and piercing brown eyes, coupled with an athlectic figure standing at a towering five feet, seven inches and weighing in at 120 pounds, Zephyrine is a rather imposing person at times. She's muscular from her high school years as an athlete. She also has a prosthetic leg on her right leg from a childhood accident.
Personality: Stand-offish, reclusive, and sarcastic. Zephyrine isn't what you can call a people person. She can be rather off-hand with someone she doesn't know well, and cannot be called the shy type. She speaks her mind about you, whether it's good or bad. She really doesn't like to let others know what she's feeling, and can be rather withdrawn when it comes to her emotions.
She's also been known to disappear into her apartment for days while she works on a piece of music, surviving on peanut butter, tap water, and oreo cookies, which are her addiction. She'll re-enter the real world as if she didn't leave, usually leaving people confused about where she'd been off to.
History: Zephyrine was born in Australia to parents of French and gypsy descent. Her father was a French musician called Edmond Cloutier, and her mother, also native to France, was Madame Izabella Bissette. The two were happily married when Edmond was twenty-three and Izabella, nineteen. They remained in France for two years, until Izabella grew restless, wishing to see the world. They began to travel east, viewing amazing sights and cultures of exquisite qualities.
But when they reached Australia and learned of Izabella's pregnancy, the couple decided to settle down until the baby was born. On September fourth, 1984 Zephyrine entered the world. Life at first was pretty easy for her. She lived in Australia for two years, until her family moved to Hawaii.
Her parents decided to live here until Zephyrine had gotten old enough to live her life for herself. And her life was good and dandy, until her freshman year in high school.
Zephyrine had always been a very athlectic child, her favorite sport being soccer. She was a successful forward, and was a good student, sometimes slipping on the ice a bit when it came to science and math, but an overall good student. She wasn't ever interested in music like her father, until the accident that made her lose her leg.
She was riding home with one her her teammate's and the teammate's mom. It was late at night. A drunk driver hit them. All three people were sent to the hospital, Zephyrine having to be pulled from the crushed SUV by the jaws of life. The leg bone was shattered, and removed about five inches above her knee.
Zephyrine didn't have it in her heart to play soccer anymore. She'd lost the will to do anything sporty, and her life turned to music. Her father, sympathetic for his only child started her music career with the violen, then piano, flute, clarinet, french horn, etc. She learned about many instruments from him, and took on a life of music from then on.
