Hello students, I’m Andy Gabriels.
I’m going to be your home economics and creative cooking teacher.
I have been cooking since I was twelve, and I have a master degree in cooking as well as teaching it.
I have taught home economics last year to high school students.
So this will be my second year teaching home economics.
Now I’m going to tell you a bit about Home economics and creative cooking. Now some of you may know what home economics but I’m going to tell you anyway. Home economics is the basics of cooking; I will be teaching you how to cook and how to make some simple recipes without looking at the recipes. So if you already know how to cook and know simple recipes then I suggest signing up for the creative cooking class. The creative cooking class is a step up from home economics. Of course creative cooking can be for beginners or advanced. Creative cooking is more on cooking the food and creating your own recipes. I will provide privet lessons if you would like, if you don’t have to time for my class or your just don’t feel comfortable cooking in front of a lot of people. I will of course give you any extra help in my classes if you feel you need it.
As a side note you will be using some messy ingredients like flour. So I suggest that you wear something that you don’t mind getting dirty.
