Personality: Champagne is a responsive ride, in most ways he is the perfect horse. He always does what he is told, and in his usual elegant style. However Champagne does have a few quirks... he does not like strangers, and will certainly not go well do someone he doesn't know. It takes a few weeks to get enough of a bond with this horse to get him going right. He also doesn't like being handled by people he doesn't know, and with strangers he can become quite vicious. If someone Champagne trusts is around, or handling him, then he is calm and relaxed in all aspects.

History: No-one knows what has happened to Champagne in the past. Callum picked Champagne up at a dealers yard he saw on his way to Blue Ridge, not intending to buy a horse. He was acting up with the dealer because he didn't trust him, and he acted up with Callum too. Champagne potential is clear, even when he is mis-behaving which is why Callum took him on. All the dealer would say was that Champagne has been recently flown over from England, and had previously been a racer but had already had basic re-training to be a riding horse. He also mentioned he has been gelded late and had had several foals.

Discipline: Eventing, sometimes does Dressage separately.

Show Name: Frosted Wynter

Barn Name: Wynter / Wynny

Age: 5 years

Gender: Mare

Color: Black and White Pinto (Piebald)

Breed: American Saddlebred

Height: 15.1hh

Personality: Extremely flightly and spooky young mare, almost everything can make her shy. Wynter has beautiful movement, with the typical high-stepping paces of an American Saddlebred. She is elegant, and has that look which allows her to seem as though she is floating on air. Wynny knows when she is being watched, and will show off these paces to her advantage. She loves attention, and will do anything to be noticed - a thing which could easily cause her to develop bad habits. She is an over-reactive ride, all you need to do is think what you want her to do, and you will find she is already doing it! On the rare occasions she settles down and isn't spooking at something every few strides, she is an amazing horse to ride, with quick, easy responses for pace changes upwards and downwards. Callum hopes someday she will behave like this all the time!

History: Most of her history is unknown, she was brought by Callum from an auction passing through at the Fairground. The vendor didn't say much, and her information sheet only said she had been broken and knew basic commands. She has obviously been well trained with her limited knowledge though.

BREED: New Forest Pony/Welsh Pony/Connemara Cross
HEIGHT: 14.2 hh
PERSONALITY: If a horse could be a wallflower, this mare would be, hence her name. She’s very shy and withdrawn, preferring to keep her problems to herself. She’s a hard worker, and is quick on her hooves, and talented beyond proportion.
HISTORY: She belonged to a riding stable that went out of business. Before that, she was a foal that was never meant to be born; a pasture pony mare mated to a roaming stallion, and Wallflower is the result. Her amazing eventing talent has never been particularly proven, she has not competed yet.
