Paige has a farm girl sort of history as she grew up on a farm in the backwoods of Maine. Both of her parents came from large families which is why Paige is an only child. She spent a lot of time with her cousins though, making them have a sibling bond even though most of them lived farther away. She grew up around horses and began riding from the start. Paige took lessons sometimes three times a week from local trainers and began to show when she entered kindergarten. Since then her riding career has blossomed where she is a certified professional instructor and a Grand Prix level dressage rider. Paige always owns two horses, one for her showing career and one to train to keep her extra busy.
Through adolescence Paige's life was dominated with all things equine which left little time for an elaborate social life. She wasn't much of a high school social butterfly, but gained a solid social network as she moved off to college and the real world. She never really enjoyed the drama that high school brought. During college, Paige studied to become a math teacher with a minor in equestrian studies so she could gain her teaching license and her instructors certification. Paige worked at Blue Ridge in the past as a math teacher and the equestrian team coach, but her ties to the school and its people along with the enrollment of her cousin draws Paige back into this small Kentucky town.
