Humans
1) Your characters can enter in as many events as they want one time. You can't enter two times with different horses, I know that is allowed in some places, but not this time.
2) Your characters must be wearing the appropriate attire for the event and you need to describe it in your posts. It helps with a better visiual image for the judges
And there will be no top hats in dressage, if you are wearing one, I will disqualify you.
3) You can only post ONE time with your character in each event.
Horses
1) Your horses must be fitted with the proper tack for the events or you will be disqualified (once again, a good description on that. I'm not that strict, just don't use a English saddle for barrel racing or a Western saddle for show jumping.)
2) Your horse can act up, but if it puts other riders in danger, or throws you by bucking, rearing, etc, you and your horse will be disqualified and will not place in that event.
3) Your horse can enter as many different events as you choose, however, not the same event twice.
OOC
1) Once again, the winners of each category will be chosen based on effort, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. And then the top posters will be put into a list randomizer and that will decide the placing.
2)Just remember, not everyone or every horse is perfect. Always keep that in mind
3) The staff will be the judges, and please, no hassling. You know the rules (if you read this) and you also know that if you don't follow them, you won't be judged.
New rule
4) Everyone who signs up gets put into the randomizer, but if you post your name will be put in there twice (so you have more chance in winning).
Posting
Okay, this may get confusing, but try to stay with me. Since I can't create a sub-sub board for the Blue Ridge Horse Show, I will make threads for each event. For example, I make a thread called 'Show Jumping' and describe the course and post it. Now, whoever wanted to post, reply to the thread, but change the title too
