Physical Description: Where as her brother is tall and muscled, Kia is short and petite. She has muscles, but they aren't on show. She packs a lot of strength for someone so small. At 5'2, she has no idea how her brother can be so tall and her so small. She's quite skinny though, not due to her own accord. She wishes she had a little more fat on her frame, she want's the curves that other girls her age have. She and her brother may be twins, but by no means looked alike. The only thing they have similar is hair color, well Kia's natural hair is blonde. Currently she has it dyed a dark brown, which suits her pale complexion. Her features are very feminine and soft, she has dimples when she smiled widely. That's when you know it's a genuine smile. She pretty much always has a smile on her lips, false or not, she's very open and welcoming with her expressions. Her eye color is a bluish green color, darker than her brothers and don't change depending on her mood.
Her clothing style is also very feminine. She likes her cardigans and scarves, but then can also be very tomboyish when she feels like it. When she's lazing around, she'll wear baggy track suit bottoms and an over sized T-shirt, usually borrowed from her brother. Her parents used to shout at her for doing this, but got nowhere. Then would scold her for dressing better when she was just going to work with her horses. She never dresses like a bum when going out though, but she doesn't dress to provoke unwanted attention.
Personality: Kia is a very head strong female. She doesn't let anyone take advantage of her, and isn't one to back away from a challenge. She knows what she wants, and will not change her mind once it is set. But she does think through her decisions before she acts, making sure they are almost fool proof. She's very intelligent, and Ashton has managed to persuade her on many occasions to do his homework for her. If she wasn't so bored, she wouldn't have given in. That's another thing about Kia, she gets bored very quickly. She needs things to challenge her mind, or she grows annoying. She has a knack for winding up her brother, and others, when she feels like it.
Usually quiet, she's an observer unless provoked. She likes to watch people as they get on with whatever they are doing, interested in how the respond to things, how they take to challenges. Other people fascinate her. She can be seen as nosy at times, but doesn't really mean much by it. People learn to tolerate her ways, and if told to back down a little, she'll listen. Very friendly, she's the sort of girl who can go up to someone and strike a conversation instantly. She can become very attached to another person, which means that she has many best friends. One in particular she is very upset about leaving, but the girl was also moving to another part of America.
Kia is very straight talking and will tell someone what she thinks of them. She doesn't believe in lying, unlike her brother, and can sniff one out within a mile. At her last school she was the journalist for the school newspaper, picking out all the goings on and keeping them to herself, for a price. Devious? Yes. But it made her known. She wants to be a journalist in the future, so the school newspaper was a good start. She made quite a name for herself, and has promised many secrets to come with her to the grave.
Like her brother, she's a big animal lover. Her dog and horses mean a lot to her, and she would put those ahead of anyone. She has always loved animals, they are her world in a way. She's not one for relationships, she'll have the occasional one but it doesn't last long. She's not a girl to take advantage of, she's too smart for that. She doesn't really have the desire to have a boyfriend, that would tie her down and she doesn't want that. But, if the right person came along, she wouldn't pass up. She's that girl who has the very specific criteria of whom she shall date, which makes it all so much harder to please her.
History: Seventh of April, 1994, was the day dear Ashton Grove was born into the big wide world. Well, New York at least. Ten minutes later, his sister Kia also arrived. The two blonde haired twins were the apples of their parents eye. With a high profile lawyer for a father and a stay at home mother who was an avid 'fundraiser', which was lingo for show off mother who can get celebrities to turn up to pointless dinners, the pair had everything they wanted. As they grew, two very personalities began to develop. At home, Kia was the quiet, reserved female who silently judged her parents for not even thinking about bribing their kids to do something. She knew the rich upbringing wasn't something she was really that into. She envied her friends with the stable 4 bedroom homes and their parents who worked 9 to 5 every day. But, she kept quiet. For a while at least. The pair got introduced to horse riding at six, both taking to it quickly and becoming very avid riders.
School was pretty easy for Kia. She was intelligent, so the academics weren't ever a problem. Her social life was a little rocky at first, but then she kinda set up a name for herself. Working on the newspaper was the way for her, and she knew it. She kept her brother in check as best she could though, knowing that she was the only person who could stop him from doing the stupid things he was prone to doing. She gained her own best friend, well a few in fact. But one stood out. The pair were inseparable and worked on the newspaper together. Together, they began to place themselves firmly in the center of the school, the two who knew too much but were too powerful to mess with.
Of course, Ashton would get up to some more stupid crap. She tried to hide it, not wanting to be sent away from New York, which she knew would be inevitable as soon as her parents found out. She didn't really want to go with Ashton, but it didn't take much persuading on his behalf to have her come with him. Her love of riding was also grabbed by Blue Ridge. She doesn't plan on getting up too much so far, but it may change. Who knows.

Personality: Dylan is a very sweet dog. He loves attention, but can be a little too much at times. He's very highly strung and needs to be occupied at all times, and is also extremely quick minded. He is petrified of Cleo, and will not go near her if he can help it. He completely idolizes Kia, and looks up at her with adoring eyes when waiting for a command, or just sitting by her. His favorite thing to do is curl up on her lap, he's small enough to do so, and have her scratch behind his ears.
History: Dylan is a animal shelter special, or so Kia likes to call him. His mother arrived along with a lot of others from a puppy mill. He was born not long after she arrived. Her parents had been promising her a dog for a while, expecting her to pick a dog from a breeder, but she made them take her to the shelter. She fell in love with the bundle of chestnut fur and knew she had to have him. He has been with her ever since.
