Physical Description: Joseph has a well toned body but doesn't seem to have. He's quite lanky also. At 6 foot, he would be imposing if he had enough muscle. But, don't ever underestimate him. His curled dark brown locks are neatly styled and he has a very pale complexion which contrasts with his dark shaded hair. His blue oracles are a beautiful feature though. They sparkle when he's happy, excited or feeling particularly mean. His well chiseled chin holds a slight stubble, and also a mustache above his top lip. His frame his held in a confident, almost arrogant pose and strut. Heads seem to turn when he passes, not that he ever really noticed.
His style is smart casual, usually a shirt and jeans. His shoes are either converses or black dress shoes, only changed when he rides. He feels the cold so is often wearing a coat, usually a trench coat, and a scarf and gloves. In the summer, he can sometimes exchange his shirts for T-Shirts, only when it is so hot though. Never does he wear shorts. He absolutely despises them.
Personality: Joe isn't the most pleasant of people. His manner is to intimidate, rather than welcome. He's most definitely a b**ch, and loves to gossip. (Think of him as a straight Jay). He needs to know everything, and he will find out. He always knows someones name, and always knows where the hustle and bustle shall be. He has a way of getting you on his side if he needs you to be, very sly and cunning.
He is very, very charming. Girls adore him as he showers them with attention and love. But, saying this, he is very faithful. When his is committed to someone, his oracles never wander. He only has eyes for the female he loves. He believes that a woman is something to treasure, not take advantage of. His respect, which is honestly genuine makes the girls adore him. The men.. Not so much.
He had always been a target for bullies when he first started high school. But, it didn't take people long to know that Joseph was no person to be messed with. His bite is worse than his bark, and this is a first warning. His words are sharp, and he'll easily out-wit you. His sarcasm is a favored attack, he's very very sharp with his comebacks. He can put you down with a sentence, even a word at times. His arguments rarely come to blows, but he isn't afraid to hit back if anyone lashes out at him. Oh no, he's not a coward.
Joe is highly intelligent, almost scarily. He doesn't study, he hates lessons, and can not turn up for a week and settle back in instantly. His parents are professors though, and from a young age they shoved knowledge down his throat. Maybe this is why he hates learning so much. He passes his exams with flying colors, this completely baffles his teachers and annoys them at the same time. He gets bored in his lessons and becomes a distraction.
When he is in a good mood, Joe will play the clown. He likes to make people laugh, it's one of his favorite things. He doesn't mind making himself look daft. It's when other people do it. He has a good sense of humor, but it can sometimes be a little dark which people don't like. He's the sort of person who will, if he's in the right mood, will make someone trip over. He hates people laughing at him though, they must laugh with him or life shall be hell for them.
For all his bad points, Joe is very loyal and caring to those whom he loves and adores. His friends mean the world to him, and he would put his life at risk for them. Family is also a huge thing for him, he has many younger brothers and sisters whom he absolutely adores. His animals are also a huge part of his life. With two dogs and two horses, they have always been part of his life. His mother and step-father and real father have always had pets running around the place, so there was never really any escaping it. Not that he minded.
History: Joseph is originally from Boston, but his real fathers family are all French. Including his father himself. When Joe was seven, his mother and father split up. It wasn't messy, they parted on good terms and are still very, very good friends. His father and Step-Father are even the best of friends. His mother re-married when Joe was ten, and has gone on to have four more children. Joe has two sisters and two brothers. His family life has always been easy, with his two parents being professors and his step-dad being a lawyer with his own firm, he has always gotten what ever he wanted without it going to his head. His parents made sure of that.
Joe's school life was a breeze, even if he didn't like school. His friends were good and he pretty much ruled it. Never did someone cross his path, and life was good. But now, he has decided that his school has grown boring. He has decided to up and move to the academy. With much riding experience, mainly in the cross country circuit, he cannot wait to start training up a new horse and improve with his older mare. He doesn't plan on ruling the roost, but he does want to be known. That shall be no problem, he's sure to cook up a storm. He cannot wait to storm through the academy.

Personality: A beautiful black long haired male German Shepherd. He is around three years old and very, very affectionate. He's a little dull in the head, but doesn't mean any harm by it. He adores other dogs and gets very excited. He can be a little too much, but everyone seems to adore him.
History: Joe got him from a shelter, not much is known about him. He was just dropped off one day and the owner didn't even say anything to the shelter staff. He's been with Joe for a little over a year now.

Personality: A female Doberman with a big heart, but more of an individual than Lance. The four year old prefers to do things alone and doesn't look for as much attention than her pal. The black and tan vixen is very clever, and tries Joe at the best of times. She knows how to open doors and ushers herself and Lance from the rooms all of the time. But, Beatrice is a sweetheart really, and however much she annoys her master he knows she adores him. He adores her too.
History: Found an add in the paper about Doberman puppies and Joe went along to see what was on offer. He found himself looking at the one pup who hadn't bothered to come over and greet him, just sat and looked at him with interest. He knew he had to have her. She's been his trusty companion ever since.
