PERSONALITY:
Dawson used to be pushy with no manners and very nippy. Now he's calm and gentle, rarely playing up. He likes other horses and humans, but doesn't love them. His favorite thing in the world is actually Upham, Alister's black squirrel. The squirrel is often found perched on the equines back. He also adores Alister's two dogs, Red and Frankie.
He's observant and sure footed, very good to ride. But, he doesn't like crowds and the atmosphere of showing. Alister doesn't really like it himself, so they stick to pleasure.
HISTORY:
Dawson has been brought up in a riding stables, and has now been sold on for becoming too difficult for the kids to handle. Alister bought him when he had been taking his niece and nephew to riding lessons, and snapped up the pretty gelding. He has been with Alister for three and a half years now, and has come on leaps and bounds. Issues have been straightened out and he is now a pleasure to ride and use.
