Personality: Hettie has an adorable nature, she really is a sweetheart. More of a big dog than a horse, she follows Lexie around everywhere. She is also partial to following Winston, she and the Husky get along like a house on fire. Ravioli is another one of her favorites, he perches on her back and stays there until she has to do something else. To ride, she is a dream. She can sometimes get a little worked up, especially around horses she has never met before, but she calms down quickly and begins to work. As she gets a little bored, Lexie has decided to try her in Hunter Jumping as well as Polo, something knew to test the pair. She knows the level headed mare will take to it, and they'll be competing in no time.

History: Hettie was brought to Lexie's parents sanctuary when her old owner felt she was too much for her. The elderly woman was heartbroken to see her mare go, and came to see Hettie every week until the woman died of natural causes. Hettie became withdrawn after her owners death, until Lexie decided she was going to use her. The mare began her training in Polo immediately, she took to it like a bird to water. She has been working with Lettie for just over three years now, and is a favorite to ride. Lexie herself often lets her students ride Hettie as she is so careful, but when she can, Lexie adores to ride her herself.

Personality: Flash is a pushy boy who doesn't posses many manners yet. But, at three, he is still most definitely in training. He has only been with Lexie a year, and in that year she has come to know him very well. He doesn't like being told what to do, but will do it with enough encouragement. He hates his stall, tries to escape every five minutes, but is very fond of other horses and humans. He knows when he's done something wrong, but he can't help being proud of himself and trots over to Lexie to tell her all about it. He is very, very vocal and will tell Hettie and Lexie all about his day. He still has those colt mannerisms to him too, always wanting to play and act up.

History: Flash was an impulse buy at an auction near Lexie's home town. She and a friend were going to look for some cows to graze on a spare field at the sanctuary when Lexie's eyes fell upon this beautiful colt. She calls him Flash, as his markings are so Flashy, and she knew she had to have him. They have been together a whole year now.

She broke him herself, and has only now started the Polo training with him. He was a pain in the backside to break, throwing her off at every chance he got, but has now settled into a routine. He will be eventually offered to the students for them to ride, but he has a long way to go yet.
