Personality: A warm, friendly person, Yaz is reserved about her past but not much else. She is willing to be friends with anyone and it takes a lot to make her hold a grudge against you. A slightly traumatic past has made her wary of men, mostly because she refuses to lash out and be violent - knowing that is she lets herself get in a situation with an aggressive male, she would not be able to get out of it.
Background: Growing up in a large city in America, Yaz had a stable childhood - being quite mature for her age - until her teens. When she was aged just 13, she became involved with a violent boyfriend 5 years her elder. He was careful to leave no marks which would not be covered with clothing, so this physical and verbal abuse went unnoticed until she fell pregnant a few months away from her 15th birthday. He promptly left her and the bruises were discovered at scans for her pregnancy. Refusing to abort the baby or give it up for adoption, she was sent to a boarding school for pregnant teens and young mums. Leaving as soon as she could a few years after, she put herself through training to become a teacher and is also trained as a councillor.
She hasn't been involved with boys since. She started riding last year, after her daughter Jezabelle - now 6 years old - had been expressing an interest and then started riding.
Misc.: She has one child, a 6 year old daughter called Jezabelle. She owns a female Border Terrier called Mort, who is 12 weeks old.
