Physical Description: Kylie has long red hair, which waves slightly unless she takes the time to straighten it all. For this reason it's generally left alone or tied back in a ponytail. She is about 5'6, and 105 lbs. That being said she is not unhealthy by any means, simply naturally thin. Her eyes are a dark chocolate, making her fair skin, dusted with pale freckles, look that much lighter. her nails are often bitten short, a habit she means to quit but never has actually succeeded in doing.
Personality: Kaylie is the type that is very extroverted but can also be introverted when she wants. A quieter version of a southern belle, she is imperfect in a beautiful, and attracting way. She is always thinking and finding new ways to interprete her world. On the surface she is a fun loving, crazy girl with an infectious laugh, who always has a smile to show the world and an enouraging word for those who need it. If you look deeper however, she is curious about her surroundings, and the people in them. much of her time is spent day dreaming, or studying the goings on around her, and she translates this into her poetry and paintings
She tends not to take things too seriously, except when it comes to her success as a student and as a rider. She doesn't tend to understand the word "can't", and will work extremely hard until she succeeds at something, be it understanding something from class, or getting the perfect approach to a 3 fence combination. the has an air of quiet courage. She is quiet and conservative around people she doesn't know but once she gets comfortable her personality comes out in a big way!
History: Before coming to Blue Ridge Kylie lived in Jacksonville Florida, on a small 12 acre horse farm with her adoptive parents. Born to a teenage mother and adopted at birth she has lived a life of relative privilage, always having horses. Currently she owns a 5 year old chestnut arabian cross mare, Aries, that she has raised from the time the horse was born. When she got accepted to Blue Ridge it was no question that her horse would go with her, since the two have a very strong bond only years of companionship and love could create.
Throughout her childhood she competed in both jumping and western pleasure, and earned a lot of respect in her community based on her skill as well as her kind attitude towards her horses, always being aware of their wellbeing as well as their emotions. This attitude has allowed her to train Aries to be not only energetic and athletic, but also calm and bombproof enough for a child to ride.
