Physical Description:
Xavier has worked with horses his whole life and so he tends to be on the more muscular side of the scale. He has very large biceps and fore arms with broad shoulders. Xavier having been a Dressage instructor prides himself on his posture no matter where he goes. The man has blond hair and has one green eye and one blue eye. Xavier stands around 6'0'' tall.
Personality:
Xavier firmly believes in first impressions and will judge you on everything, from the way you act to the way you dress. Xavier thinks that the way you dress represents how much you care about your horse and yourself. Though after the first meeting he tones it down a bit and can usually be seen sporting jeans and polo shirt though he never wears anything less casual than that. He is generally a funny laid back guy once you get to know him but tends to be a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his horses. He has been teaching dressage for about 3 years and he loves the sport.
There are three places you could find Xavier on any given day. The Barn, The Gym or The Coffee Shop. When it comes to getting and staying in shape he is a little bit of a work o holic. He gets up every morning at 3:30 am to run 3 miles before continuing on with his day. Being in shape is a core part of riding and it would not be uncommon to see him running sprints with his students. Other than that he is an avid horse lover and lover of 3 day eventing and Dressage.
History:
Xavier grew up in a family wear money was never a problem, his father was a successful oil man and his mother a stock broker (also very successful). Though not careless with there money they where not humble about there home which was basically a small mansion with 15 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, multiple tv rooms and an indoor riding ring was attached to the far side of the house. Xavier and Vanessa where the only 2 children Mrs. and Mr. Weller had so they were quiet spoiled. They both grew up on there parents highly competitive horse farm and from the moment they could walk where riding ponies.
If there is one thing to credit Xavier's parents for it was for never letting the money get to either of the twins heads. They made sure that they had the best manners and made sure that when they where old enough they got a job. Xavier was and still is very close to his twin Vanessa and is very protective of her. Xavier had many horses at his disposal all through his education and his parents promoted his love. They were tough critics though and wanted him to be the best that he could and naturally that was a lot of pressure for Xavier to handle but he did.
Sometime in his high school career he rebelled against the pressure his parents where constantly applying on him. He got into drugs and drank and went out to parties. No matter what his parents said to him he would not stop. One evening his parents walked into his room and he was sprawled out on the floor unconcious. Mrs.Weller called 911 and her son was rushed to the emergency room to have his stomach pumped and to get him hydrated. The Doctors later told The Wellers that if he had not been found in 10 more minuted he most likely would have died. This was a turning point for The Wellers as well as Xavier him self. He quit drugs and drinking and picked up riding again though his relationship with his parents was never the same.
When he graduated high school he went to a prestigious equine management and instruction school and managed to juggle everything. When he was 23, Xavier found molly a boarder collie mix and after falling in love with her decided to keep her. After he graduated he took on odd jobs as a temporary Dressage instructor looking for full time work. Xavier arrived here at Blue Ridge Academy with his 4 horses and the hope that they will place him in a job perhaps teaching dressage.

History:
Molly was not able to be taken care of by her previous owners so they just dumped her somewhere far away and did not return. For 2 years molly was a stray, ate scraps and barely scraped by. When Xavier finally found her she was emaciated and weak. Xavier saw her get hit by a car cause she was trying to cross a highway, he jumped out of his car and took her back to the local vet and she was treated for her hit and run injuries. When Xavier took her home his now ex-girl friend fell in love with the poor thing and with her help they restored molly's health and the rest is history.
