Roxie & Tony - Well, they're the same age to begin with, and Tony tries to get along with absolutely everyone, so they could well be friends (or, at least, he'd try to be her friend). He wouldn't be put off by her being quiet, and would just kind of bounce along like a puppy until he got her to come out of her shell a bit.

Eloise & Tony - I can see them getting along quite well, actually, as Tony's also easygoing and loves the outdoors. They could goof around together, haha.

Tony & Clayton - Less potential here as Tony's only 14, and Tony'd definitely be intimidated by Clayton (partly because he really respects all teachers, and partly because Clayton's kind of intimidating). But I can also see Tony being really impressed by his riding and how outdoorsy and competent he is and following him around in awe. He doesn't ride Western at the moment, but he loves to try new things so I think he's probably going to try to learn.
