Personality>> For the most part, Danny is a boy of solitude. His privacy is of the utmost importance and generally, Danny prefers to stay at home with a good book then go out with friends. By the way he had been raised, Danny is a very polite young man, always the one to open doors for ladies, the one to pick up dropped books, always the one to give a polite smile to the new kid. Beyond politeness, Danny is not known for making friends easily; he doesn’t really make the effort for the most part. However, though his friend circle is small, the people he keeps in his life are very important to him and he loves openly and dearly. Danny is a bit of a cynical person, especially in regards to men, which could explain the distance he puts between himself and others. He doesn’t mean to be this way, he just finds himself questioning the honesty of words. Due to dreading the fact of being a hypocrite, Danny is a very loyal and (when appropriate) honest boy. Along with this, although he never admits it, Danny falls in love incredibly easily. He could know a person for 12 hours and be head over heels for them. This, however, Danny recognizes as a terrible weakness, and he even denies it to himself.

Secrets>> Ever since Danny was fifteen, he’s been struggling with his sexual orientation. He’s always though himself as straight; he finds girls pretty at least, but he’s also found an infatuation with older men. As a child, he was sure it was just him searching for a more suited father figure, although as he grows older, he is not quite as sure.
It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Danny is a handsome enough boy. He always appeared a bit older than his actual age, always a bit more lean than his fellow classmates, his jaw always a bit more defined, a bit more scraggly hair covered his adolescent chin. However, Danny has never found anything particularly special about himself. His eyes are just a regular brown, set under thick, dark eyebrows, his hair, also light brown, is nearly identical to his eyes. He’s always been an active guy, but being so young, he is clearly defined, but by no means built. As far as dress concerns him, Danny has always enjoyed dressing nicely, usually found in a pair of khaki pants, with either a button-up or polo. He prefers to keep his shoes as Converse, or high end Vans. However, on occasion you may find him in jeans and a flannel, though it is rare. He also has a fondness for beanies, and wears them regularly.
Markings>>On his mid rib cage on his left he as the phrase ‘Memento Mori’ which in Latin is roughly translated to ‘Remember you will die’, as well as on his right side, lower, closer to his hip bone he as the phrase, ‘The times where only one set of footprints could be seen, were the times I carried you.’- A reference to a Christian prayer; Danny is a man of faith.

Medical History>> Nothing too serious, as a competitive jumper, a few broken bones here and there are usual, but he has had no injury worse than a few cracked ribs, a dislocated shoulder, or a couple minor concussions.Criminal History>> Nah, Danny’s a good boy.
Full History>> Danny was born a single child to a beautiful woman, Fiona Atkins, and her wealthy husband, Samuel Atkins. In the years before, Fiona had been a well-known model, and before meeting Samuel, she had been a prize to show off by many other wealthy men. Fiona was still young when she gave birth to Danny, and Samuel had been fifteen years her senior. Fiona had sworn she had found the love of her life, but Samuel left her three weeks after Danny’s second birthday. It hadn’t been the first time Fiona had been left the love of her life; she fell in love so easily.
Since then Fiona has fallen in love six more times; she remarried two of those ‘loves’, the others, serious boyfriends with whom she and Danny lived with for extended periods of time. Danny was never fond of any of them. He loved his mother very much, but she was too trusting, and worse than that, she moved in circles with the wrong kind of men. As a mother, Fiona did her very best. She was always considerate, loving, always willing to listen, and always there to patch up Danny when he took a fall, however, as much time as Fiona spent patching up Danny’s cuts, Danny probably spent twice as much patching his mother’s esteem up after some nasty boy went off and broke her heart. Danny never blamed his mother, though he deeply blames the men she fell in love with, which could be the source of his cynical feelings to most men.
That being said, the men in his mother’s life were always to stay in her good light, which meant never a lack of money, and seeing that Danny was Fiona’s sunshine, he was always well cared for and given whatever he pleased, which usually meant horses, dogs, and other animals to his liking. One even had a greenhouse full of orchids built just for him.
Danny grew up rich and privileged under the men his mother married, and the money she received from modeling and her divorces. He had his mother were very close, he was never truly mistreated, but he was never truly content either, which he constantly scorns himself for, since he realizes that he doesn’t have much to complain about.
We found love in a hopeless place

Personality>> Sherman, as most German Shepherds are, is very loyal to Danny. When it comes to strangers, Sherman is known to be a little hesitant, a little shy, and sometimes known to bristle, but he usually relaxes if Danny is calm around that person. He is loveable, and is frequently known to try and share Danny’s bed, despite his massive size. He isn’t the smartest dog in the world, however, he has always been a pro at deception and receiving the things he wants through what seems like nearly tactical begging, if dogs truly can have tact.
History>> Danny and Sherman were first introduced to each other when Fiona first married her second husband. The husband, his name had been Benjamin Brust, fully aware of his new and unhappy son, figured he needed to buy him off somehow, so when Danny was introduced to his new room, he also found a brand new, purebred German Shepard sitting in a basket by his desk. At first, Danny had been disdainful towards the puppy, not by its nature, but because he had been a gift to buy him off. In fact, Danny didn’t even name him for a month after receiving him. However, Sherman, unaware of Danny’s disgruntled feelings, took a great fondness to him, and followed him around everywhere. It was not long after that Danny could not help himself from falling into adoration with the little puppy who always tried to crawl into bed with him, and fondly started calling him Sherman; however, Sherman still responds to ‘Dog’ as well, since that had been his frequent nickname for the first weeks of his stay with Danny.
