Personality>> Francesco is cool, calm and collected in the workplace and mostly at home as well. He approaches every situation and task with patience and a clear head. He is a good listener, and very approachable. If he does have a student that needs help, he'll provide it, but then there are also those that need discipline and that he'll dish out as well. He tries to be fair towards everyone and runs everything with precision. He does like perfection in his job, but also knows that everyone is not perfect. He is quite the understanding type when there is a slip up.
In his life outside work, he is usually found in the saddle or playing with his animals. He is down to earth, and believes that the right person will come into his life when he is ready. He swings both ways, and doesn't really have a preferred gender. Francesco isn't one to put himself out there and doesn't do the whole one-night-stand thing. He has been in relationships before. Appearance>> Francesco fits the tall, dark and handsome persona. He has dark brown hair, not too thick, but he isn't balding either. It covers the tips of his ears, and often falls into his eyes. Sometimes he'll let it grow out and it just finishes off around the middle of his neck. Usually with brown hair comes brown eyes, but with Francesco, he has sapphire blue eyes. They are his most striking feature and the one thing that people notice about him first. His features suit his Italian heritage, a slight olive complexion, but mostly just very tanned.
He is tall, around 1.87 meters, and sexy. He has a six pack and knows how to flaunt it. When not working, he'll wear a semi-tight shirt and jeans, just accentuate his form. Work clothes is usually a button down shirt tucked into dark blue or black jeans and polished shoes. Tattoo wise, he only has two. One is a verse in Latin on his ribs and the other is a thorny crucifix on his right calf.

Full History>>Francesco was born in Florence, Italy, the result of a tumultuous affair. The one that he has always been thankful for is that his father never denied him, hence the rather English surname. His father was British and his mother Italian, and for the first 18 years life he lived in Florence, attended the best school and was deprived of nothing in life. Francesco saw his father as often as the man came to Italy, which was once every three months. He was raised in an Italian household, speaks fluent Italian and can cook like a dream. His schooling was in English though, and from a young age showed a flair for languages. He speaks Latin, English, Italian, French and some German.
From the age of five he has been riding. Like the languages, he showed a natural flair for it, but is also a daredevil. As he got older, the horses got more bad tempered, and just a tad more wilder. He wanted to prove something to the world, and he broke quite a few bones during the time that he has been riding. Once he became a teenager, riding to a back seat to academics. He would ride every now and then, but school became a priority.
Leaving with a 97% average, Francesco studied to become a teacher, once more discovering that riding is a good way to relax. Francesco chose to study in New York and has never regretted his move to the States. He has been teaching for close to five years in the English and History departments, but has also been searching for a challenge. He came across the job for principal at Blue Ridge and applied. He was lucky enough to get it.

Personality>> Tulip is a rather cute and friendly specimen of rabbit. She's quite the mixed personality, friendly some days and grumpy the rest. She enjoys attention and will act like a parrot by sitting on Francesco's shoulder. She requires quite a lot of things to distract her from chewing the furniture. She is house trained and is the size of a rather large cat.
History>> Francesco got Tulip from a shelter after she was rescued from a pet shop that kept the animals in horrible conditions. She was only seven months at the time, but Francesco took the time to actually bring out the real Tulip from the abusive shell. The amount of times that he had bitten by the rabbit during the first month is uncountable, but now she doesn't ever do that.

Personality>> Playful and energetic, this puppy made a good addition to the household. Somewhat fearful of new people and objects, Gill can be the cute one when needed. He didn't quite trust Tulip at first, and so hid every time the rabbit came into view. He also has quite the bravado about him when he wants to be, but it's also rather funny.
History>> Francesco has had Gill for about two months, another shelter pet, but he was the result of an unwanted litter. Francesco found him when he was actually looking for another rabbit, but fell in love with puppy instead.
