Personality>> Overall, Jade is a caring girl. She is the girl who tries to solve all of her friend’s problems, no matter how big they may be. She can’t stand to see anyone or anything hurting. At home, she volunteered at a local horse rescue during her freshman year, where she worked with horses who had been malnourished or abused. She’s also an organization freak. Everything is labeled, color coordinated, and has its own specific place. Jade is constantly busy, doing homework, working with her horse, hanging out with friends. There is rarely a dull moment for Jade. She sometimes overworks herself, however. She has a tendency to take on too many things at once, which can result in a lot of stress. But somehow, she manages to keep getting through.

Dislikes>> Seeing people or animals in pain, being an only child, allowing herself to get walked on sometimes, not being the best athlete, Jersey Shore.

Secrets>> Jadyn was supposed to have a twin. Unfortunately, her twin sister was stillborn. It sometimes make her feel as if there is something inside her that she can’t quite connect to.
We've got a lot to learn
Appearance>> Jade is about 5’ 8” and 125 pounds. She is naturally blonde and fair, with green eyes. She doesn’t tan the easiest; she usually has to endure a few sunburns before she gets any color. She usually dresses pretty casually, in jeans and t-shirts or button downs. She does dress upon occasion, but generally sticks to practical clothes. She would rather be able to head to the barn right after class then head home and change first.
Markings>>Two piercings in her lobes, one cartilege piercing. She also has a tattoo of a cardinal on her wrist.
God knows we're worth it
Medical History>> Jade once bit her tooth through her lip while playing as a child, but it wasn’t bad enough to need stitches. She’s never broken a bone or needed stitches, but she does have anxiety.
Criminal History>> None.
Full History>> Jade grew up in upstate New York with her parents, Melinda and Joe Riley. Her mother had ridden horses for most of her life, and started Jade riding young. She never took professional riding lessons; anything she learned was from her mother. She learned how to ride English, and competed in show jumping competitions starting at age 10. She never got as much attention from her father, he was generally busy at his job as the editor of the local newspaper. Her mother had much more time; she worked part time at tack shop near the stable they boarded at. Her mother finally bought her her own horse, Riot Girl, on her thirteenth birthday.
After her sophomore year, her mother decided that Jade wasn’t being challenged enough in school, which prompted her to have her transferred to Blue Ridge.
