Roxie was raised going to winter balls, and many other U.S. Senators parties that she had to tag along with. Roxie is the only child her parents ever gave birth to so she is very spoiled, but she isn't a very bratty child who wants everything.
Roxie started riding horse's when she was quite young, which was good for her parents so they could ship her off and be gone for acouple of hours and not worry about her at all. Roxie loved riding horses so her parents bought her a horse and now they got to shows all over IL. Roxie
