Personality: Temperamental and a one man horse for the most part. She's picky about who handles her and can't stand being cooped up in a stall all day (she had a bad habit of chewing when she does). She's a very high energy horse and needs a lot of exercise to keep her relatively mellow. Typically doing better when she's allowed to be out in the pasture free to roam.
History: Stormy was born wild, but as a yearling she was caught and used as a Judas Horse. A method used by wranglers needing relocate herds. Sadly in this case it was used by poachers. The Judas Horse would be set loose to run into a hear of mustangs and startle them into thinking there was some form of danger coming their way (usually a helicopter or truck) getting them to panic and either run into a pen to be auctioned off or guide them over the side of a cliff to kill them like pests when they moved onto ranch land. She was badly abused, but a small organization was able to rescue her and a few others. Putting them up for adoption and entering them in a rehabilitation program where troubled youth with similar pasts could help gentle them and nurse them back to health.
Discipline: Some jumping and hacking..... that is... if she decides to let you put the saddle on or if she feels like taking the bit that day.
