I'm making my character and trying to arrange his history, and I was wondering if Blue Ridge offers scholarships and if they do, how you would get one.

I'm going to say no on the scholarships. I'm only the co-admin and our site creator and admin is currently away.
I don't know why you would have a millipede as a pet, but I don't see a problem with it, as long as said creature is in a nicely sized tank
