Peter is a talented young artist who is a student of Fern's. Maybe she could give him some feedback out of class, as he is usually rather reserved about sharing his art. I don't know if it would be a plot of any sort, but I feel as if with his quietness, they would get along well and he might open up a bit more to her than he would with other adults around Blue Ridge.
